Gillian was incredibly helpful throughout - nothing was ever too much trouble, and the whole experience felt genuinely personal rather than transactional.<br><br>The communication and follow-up were excellent from start to finish, and Gillian consistently went out of her way to make everything as straightforward as possible. A real pleasure to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and the Mountgrange Heritage team.

She always provides fair advice on repair responsibilities and works hard to minimise unnecessary costs while ensuring the property is well maintained. Her proactive approach and excellent communication give me great peace of mind. I highly recommend her services.
27th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)[Today I had an appointment to view a house with Jaqui. Unfortunately, the agent forgot the keys to the house, which cost me almost 2 hours of lost time during the work week. I understand — things happen. But I can't recommend this agency to others. I hope they improve their checklists — maybe QR codes for keys with in-app checks, like delivery services use, so nothing gets missed or mixed up.
15th Sep 2026 (3 days ago)Went in to ask about a property and was met by one of the estate agents who was very rude and unhelpful the whole time was unbothered to help and would say they would get back in contact when we didn’t hear anything got in contact via phone and was told again they will get back to us it’s been 3 months all I have to say is the estate agents are Livermore’s Crayford branch are lazy. Don’t recommend at all!- 26th Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience with a property marketed by John D Wood & Co. Estate Agents (Wandsworth).<br><br>Initially, Poppy Martin was very helpful and responsive throughout the viewing and application process, which gave us confidence in proceeding. However, after our offer was accepted, we were informed that all payments and tenancy arrangements would be handled directly by the landlord rather than the agency. This was never made clear at the outset.<br><br>We had already submitted our personal and financial information to the agent, including payslips, bank statements, passports, proof of address, P60s, and our guarantor’s personal and financial details. Despite this, the landlord requested the same documents again, followed by further demands for over a year’s worth of our guarantor’s financial records, including payslips, bank statements, and P60s.<br><br>We also discovered that deposits were to be paid to a business account managed by a third-party company, which had not been disclosed by the agent. When we requested evidence of their data protection compliance, we were initially provided with an expired certificate and generic documents, which further undermined our confidence.<br><br>At this stage, we no longer felt comfortable sharing additional financial information. As a result, our £311 holding deposit was retained. We felt pressured into providing excessive personal data under the threat of losing our deposit.<br><br>Overall, the process lacked transparency, involved repeated requests for financial and personal information, and left us feeling misled. This was a stressful and disappointing experience, and I hope future applicants are given clearer information before committing to the process.

They kept everything moving smoothly, communicated clearly, and were always available to help whenever I had questions. It only took 2 weeks from beginning to end - I’m very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a rental property! A special thanks to Georgia, who was incredibly efficient/professional and helped me find a property after a long & tedious 2 months search ??????

From the very beginning she was friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable, without ever making us feel rushed or pressured.<br><br>Once we'd found our home, Karen was there to help us throughout the whole process, keeping things moving and supporting us right through to completion.<br><br>Thank you Karen and everyone at White Lion Residential.

I like that the two sales representatives mentioned (Connor and Donna) are professional, resourceful, respectful and patient to walk us through different potential houses and answer various questions we came up with. We’ve come across lots of property consultants in Brighton and around now; in terms of quality, attitude, follow-up work, attention to customer needs with zero discrimination, I confirm that Cubitt & West is top of the league. 10th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)LANDLORDS BEWARE!! I posted this in 2022 but it was somehow deleted so I’m posting it again.<br>We found the Belvoir office in Carshalton Beeches to be very inexperienced - the owner and staff are new to the business and when things go wrong they have no idea how to handle it. Their vetting/referencing processes were totally inadequate. We have lost over £10,000 in unpaid rent, cleaning and legal costs as a result or their inadequate referencing. Belvoir, and their referencing agent Let Alliance, gave our prospective tenants a “pass” on the referencing report and it subsequently turned out that those prospective tenants had faked their payslips, faked their employment and were fraudsters! Belvoir/Let Alliance refused to acknowledge their mistake or accept liability. We will NEVER use Belvoir again, nor any letting agent that uses Let Alliance as a referencing agent.

A special mention to Jasmine who looked after us so well from viewings all the way through to completion. Her team were always on hand and happy to help too. We could not recommend them more! They even brought us a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a bottle of Prosecco on completion day! Thank you so much to Jasmine and the entire Ralph James team - you are all wonderful!

We have been particularly impressed with their clear communication knowledge of the local rental market, attention to detail and professional approach throughout the process. Their understanding of the rental market gave us confidence that our property was being presented to let in the best possible way.<br>Erica, Rosemary and the support team were reliable, proactive and responsive, which made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. It can be a stressful experience, but Sarah was supportive, approachable, realistic and motivating throughout the process. I felt I could really trust Sarah - she was incredibly good at communicating, available and responsive, even in the evenings when everyone else was closed and no longer responding! This made a massive difference. I could tell that Sarah respected and cared for the sellers of the house she was buying, and she juggled each of our different needs with sensitivity and integrity. A total game changer in terms of buying a house. Definitely a bespoke experience and yet affordable.
26th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)We have recently let our property with Bourne and our experience so far has been very positive, particularly with Kathryne Hopkins. Throughout the months leading up to our decision to let our property there was quite a lot of uncertainty due to delays with my international job relocation. Kathryne was very reassuring, patient, and professional in handling our individual circumstances. The viewings were handled promptly and efficiently and our property was let within days of it being advertised. This allowed for a 2 day gap between us moving out and our tenants moving in - this is fantastic from a cash flow perspective as a landlord! We look forward to continuing to work with Bourne and highly recommend to landlords, especially first time landlords, based on our experience to date.
17th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)We met Alexandra when she showed us round another home we were looking at and were immediately struck by her manner - friendly, honest and very knowledgeable - she knows her market really well. We decided to then use Alexandra to market our house, which was a decision we are so happy we made. The marketing she provides is far superior to other agents which definitely showed in the interest she achieved for our house. She got an amazing amount of viewings booked in and found a great buyer. We were incredibly lucky that she also arranged our purchase as well. House buying can be incredibly stressful, especially when you have to chase people down for answers and responses, Alexandra managed all this beautifully and made the process much easier than it should have been. I have already recommended her to family members and friends and will continue to do so. We can’t thank her enough.
