16th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)I recently had the pleasure of working with James Hallam at Maalems to list and sell my flat in Earlsfield.<br><br>Living overseas, I expected the process might be a little more challenging, but I needn’t have worried. James carefully arranged and oversaw all the repairs and preparation needed before putting the flat on the market, and he was always readily available to explain the many steps along the way.<br><br>As issues arose during the sale process, as they inevitably do, James was always there to guide me on how best to proceed. His reassuring and positive attitude, along with his calm and professional manner, made what could have been a stressful process much easier.<br><br>It is clear that James has extensive experience in the Earlsfield property market, and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending him to anyone looking to sell a property in the area.<br><br>I’m extremely grateful for all his help and support throughout the process.

14th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)From the first meeting with Lucy, when she came to value our property, I knew we were on the same wavelength.<br>It wasn't an easy sale for a variety of reasons, but all the way through, until completion and beyond, the whole team were supportive, helpful, friendly and very professional.<br>Read their brochure and compare it to other agents.<br>Most agents are we, we, we.<br>Putterills is you, you, you.<br>As a buyer or a seller they are there for their clients, first and foremost, and I thank them all for their help.

Communication was excellent and they were the only estate agent involved in our moving process who made the many difficulties manageable. It is a shame we had been unable to use them for the sale of our house but will do if needed in the future.

She is warm, professional, helpful and always communicates in such a kind and reassuring way.<br><br>Every time I have contacted her, she has made me feel listened to and has taken the time to help properly rather than making me feel like just another tenant enquiry. She has been especially lovely recently and has handled everything with patience, care and professionalism.<br><br>It is rare to come across someone who is both efficient and genuinely personable, and Eve is exactly that. She is a real credit to the Gibbs Gillespie Northfields team and absolutely deserves recognition for the way she treats tenants.<br><br>Thank you so much, Eve, for all your help. They were honest and realistic about the price and expectations, which gave me confidence from the start and made the whole process straightforward.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Nathan Robinson, who was absolutely superb throughout. He was courteous, friendly and professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.<br><br>We would happily recommend the team, and particularly Nathan, to anyone looking to sell their property.

We were really impressed with EweMove from our first viewing and how knowledgeable Craig was about our house and the area. He answered our many questions and a few we hadn't thought of. We were fairly clueless as first time buyers and Craig was particularly helpful in the first stages of guaging timeframes and next steps. The whole team kept us updated throughout and were all knowledgeable, reassuring, trustworthy and professional. We would definately reccommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. We also loved the welcome box too - that was a lovely surprise!!

Charles is super attentive, responsive and so friendly and personable. Anything I needed, any question I needed answering (and I had a fair few), Charles was always there to help with a smile. Thanks to Marriott Vernon I have found my dream home and I'm so appreciative of how they dealt with the process (and me!). Also special mention to Alison & Ian who also assisted me in the progression of the sale - both super lovely and helpful. I would highly recommend this agency.
