2nd Jun 2026 (20 days ago)We appointed William H Brown to manage the sale of my 95 year old mothers house as she was moving across the country to be nearer ourselves. I can only say that the service provided by the team from start to finish was absolutely excellent and first class. Becca Bradshaw went beyond the call of duty to help with all the completion of forms etc which my mother in law found hard. Her care and attention was much appreciated by us all. Courtney Lister acted as a fantastic team member, updating me on a weekly basis on progress, always contactable and liaising with the solicitors on a regular basis which was key to the progress of the sale and purchase. Even after the sale was completed when an important teapot was found to be have been left behind Courtney personally packaged it up and sent on to us which meant so much to my mother in law and we are so grateful to her for doing that, it is far more than could have been expected. I cannot recommend the team more!
9th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I was looking for a realtor in London who was organised, efficient, proactive, understood the market, and would genuinely work around my needs. Shash came highly recommended by a friend, and I’ve been very happy with her service. She showed me a selection of her own listings with Douglas & Gordon?, as well as properties listed through other agents within her network. The flat we found was exactly what I had been looking for. I am now back on the market for a London pied-à-terre and look forward to working with Shash again, as she is exactly the kind of realtor I was hoping to find.

19th Jun 2026 (3 days ago)Eve and Leno was with me every step of the way. Made what could have been very stressful into an easy process. They answered every call and query straight away and followed up with the buyers straight away. I was always well informed as to what was happening.
13th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)I had a very bad experience with this agency. Initially, the property was advertised for £2000, but after I agreed, the rent was suddenly increased to £2100. I was also asked to pay multiple deposits and advance rent, which I did in full. When I received the keys and moved in, the house was not ready at all. There were multiple issues—no proper electricity setup, no gas card, broken fittings, and unfinished repairs. Even though I was promised everything would be fixed, it took over a month after moving in to complete basic work. Later, serious issues like no heating and no hot water continued for months. Despite repeated complaints, the landlord failed to take responsibility and even asked me to arrange repairs myself, which is unacceptable when full rent is being paid. I gave proper notice and paid all rent up to my move-out date. However, now the landlord is refusing to return my deposit and is still making unreasonable demands. This has been one of the worst renting experiences I’ve ever had. Very unprofessional service, poor maintenance, and no accountability. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

I had just over a week to find myself an apartment that I liked and get moved in. Her quick communication, professionalism and genuine kindness is what made this all possible! 29th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Maps estate agent could not have been better, they have been amazing, constant communication, above and beyond doing more than they needed to so we had a great transition between sale and purchase, we had a slight complication within the chain due to another agent phoned maps nothings a problem they communicated with all involved and sorted everything out that day I’d never use any other agent I will be recommending to anyone I can, thanks again Johnny and team, you really took the stress out of moving

We had a few agents come out to value our property, but we decided to go with Colubrid because, from our first meeting, Joshua seemed extremely confident that he could sell our home quickly. As the Chelmer Village estate agent, he explained that properties like ours are his bread and butter. Our property went on the market on Thursday and was sold by Monday. I cannot thank Joshua and the team enough for their hard work and professionalism throughout. I believe Millie conducted the viewings, and I was told she was local to the area. That certainly showed, as her knowledge of Chelmer Village helped generate multiple offers on our property. If you're thinking of choosing Colubrid, don't hesitate. I would highly recommend them.

2nd Jun 2026 (20 days ago)I was highly recommended by a close freind of mine of a newly sited independent estate agency in the heart of South Croydon for the sale of our properties. I cannot express enough to anyone in using Marriot Vernon without a doubt. The expertise, knowledge guidance and the transparency. The beginning to the end is a complete story of helping in any avenue of assurance and comfort. There is no hidden, minute clauses, charges, percentages and tied into wrangles of advertisement of a sale in there contracts or promises which other agents do. This is a an agency what they say they do the end. They are open to competitors and I know fully well they command a prestigious elevated position, which one is drawn too. Anyone out there thinking of selling it is a home to a home, team effort and work ethos. Within 2 weeks of advertisement of the sale of our property I had an offer right through completion that's a result! Straight forward and no hidden agendas. Try them you wont be disappointed I am glad I did so thanks to my freinds recommendation and now I am highly recommending you.
