I hold them in high regard and highly recommend them. I have used other local agents for both letting and sales over the years and frankly they do not compare favourably. Theydons are my strong recommendation for both sales and property management.

Wayne came in for a valuation and provided great advice and guidance, arranged all the paperwork swiftly so we could put our house on the market within a very short time. Him and Aron managed viewings and kept is informed throughout. We got and offer we were happy to accept in less than 2 weeks of being in the market which was really important for us. They are very responsive and proactive in arranging various details as we progressing through the sale conveyancing. Very pleased about choosing them to sell our property.

11th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)We first met Jacqui, the branch manager of Frosts in February to value my late mothers property for probate. Out of the three separate agents who attended , she was by far the most friendly and professional with an eye for detail. Based on this, we chose Frosts to handle the sale. What should have been a straight forward chain free transaction turned out to be time consuming and difficult not to mention stressful! Jacqui however was always supportive and "on the case". Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thanks to her, the transaction eventually completed and we are so grateful. We highly recommend Frosts. Their A1 service is second to none.

16th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)As a buyer with somewhat tricky solicitors to deal with, having Garry as a point of contact at Cubitt and West was a life saver. We were actually getting most of our updates from Garry and finally managed to get to exchange with his support and backing going between solicitors. If we were in a position to sell in the future I wouldn't hesitate to use Cubitt and West again as I've seen what they do for their buyers. Whole team great from start to finish but Garry is a legend!
15th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)The staff are all very professional, and are very willing and able to address your concerns as the lines of communication are always open - so important in leading the seller through the legal labyrinth. They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. 12th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)I used Kearns Estsre Agents to recently sell my mother’s apartment. It was an incredibly stressful time as I had to put her into a carehome. The staff at the Ruislip Office were amazing. So professional and helpful with admin and paperwork and dealing with the solicitors. But also so grateful for their emotional support and empathy, they were outstanding,. So please, if you have a property to sell in the future, then I can’t recommend them enough ???????????? ?????? ?????? ?????? ?????? ??????

16th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)So I used Bournes for the rental of my property over the 2025-2026 calender year. They were swift in the process throughout specifically David who I was dealing with. Full transparency is we unfortunately did find the one bad egg of a tenant but with David’s relentless help and work ethic he over saw everything and ensured a painless experience despite the negative outcome of the tenant. Professionalism at its finest and work ethic that can not be ignored! Thankyou Bourne and hope to do more business again soon!
