I never felt rushed and he took the time to listen to what I was looking for and answer all of my questions. It was refreshing to deal with someone who was so helpful, approachable and professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great estate agent who actually listens.

John's initial consulation and valuation of my property was conducted with honesty openess and enthusiasum, with exception local and market knowledge.<br><br>Once we took the decision to list the property, Coultons moved quickly to get excellent pictures and create a fantastic listing. The bookings for viewings were delp with professionaly and flexibly, and we enjoyed a sale of the property to a excellent prospective buyer represented by Euan who always represented the interests and requirements of both sides of the transaction.<br><br>Throughout the conveyancing process, John and the team were very proactive and responsive to ensure the process kept moving ahead. If we required advice, John and Euan were quick to respond with honest feedback and excellet knowledge.<br><br>Upon exchange - Coultons were quick to present their readyness to all sides of the chain ensuring that exchnage took place smoothly.<br><br>I would highly reccomend John, Euan and the Coultons team to anyone looking at buying or selling a property in thier services areas.

I was made to feel that they cared and was kept informed throughout the whole process. Rhesa has been a tower of strength from her help and advice and literal hand holding throughout. She has been so empathetic and upfront. The process was smooth and very quick. If I could describe the perfect Letting Agent, it would be her! If I could have given 10 stars I would have, undoubtedly!

31st Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Katie has been outstanding throughout what could easily have been a very difficult letting.<br>Applying from overseas is rarely straightforward, and ours was more complicated than most. Katie handled all of it with patience and clarity, explained exactly what was needed at each stage, and kept things moving when it would have been easier to give up on us. Communication was excellent throughout, despite an eight-hour time difference. We're very grateful, and would recommend her without hesitation.
4th Sep 2026 (15 days ago)They lie on their moving in and moving out checks - take a video with you.<br>Also they make you feel obliged to give good Internet reviews for them.<br>I'll never forget the 2 years they spent trying to get my brother to pay for an iron mark which was on the carpet when he moved in.<br>Another house, I left a new washing machine behind, which they charged a £100 disposal fee for. When I said I'd collect it myself they said it was OK to leave!<br>Very low moral standards of all the staff here

9th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)We honestly can't thank Ryan at Fox & Sons Burgess Hill enough for everything he did throughout our house move.<br><br>What should have been a straightforward sale and purchase turned into an incredibly long and stressful process, with mortgage issues, delays and complications further down the chain. There were numerous points where we genuinely thought the whole thing was going to fall apart.<br><br>Throughout all of it, Ryan was absolutely brilliant. He kept in constant communication with us, chased the chain relentlessly, kept us updated whenever there was even the smallest bit of news and was always there to answer our questions. Even when things were completely outside of his control, he never stopped pushing and reassuring us.<br><br>There were so many moments when we thought we'd never get there, but Ryan kept fighting our corner and doing everything he could to keep things moving. Having someone who was so involved and proactive made a huge difference during what was an incredibly stressful few months.<br><br>Jade was also fantastic and we really appreciate everything she did, but a special mention has to go to Ryan for the amount of time, effort and communication he personally put into getting us over the line.<br><br>After months of waiting, worrying and wondering whether it would actually happen, we finally exchanged and completed on our new home!<br><br>We genuinely couldn't have asked for more from Ryan and the team at Fox & Sons Burgess Hill.
