The service provided by Lisa, Joanne & Tanya has been dealt with in a very professional, efficient and friendly manner. I can’t praise the staff enough as they exceeded our expectations. They provided us with a very reliable service and always returned our telephone calls and replies to my emails in a timely manner.<br>Selling my home was made easy by these ladies and they took away my stress. They only introduce serious buyers and not time wasters.<br>We would definitely use Douglas & Allen for any future house sales or purchases in the future. 18th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)Worked with Hamptons property manager, Selen, for a few years and she’s been great. Selen is extremely supportive and responsive. She communicates well with the landlord and handles tenants delicately and professionally. She took the initiative to invite other professionals from Hamptons large pool of experts to assist the landlord with decisions and was supportive in coordinating with the landlord’s contractors during extensive renovations.

Joe Hayes is and has always been very professional, he does what he says he is going to do. Honesty is key, there is no point telling you an inflated sale price, you are just wasting everyone’s time. Great communication, a driven mindset and the best selling agent in Brentwood. I would highly recommend the Brentwood team. Under offer within 10 days and we have now exchanged contracts. Balgores’s should be renamed Balglorys ??????

27th May 2026 (26 days ago)We switched the management of this property in Queens Park Place from another leading agent at the end of previous tenancy on 20th April 2026. The Lettings team - Carmen, Louise, Sofia were right on the ball and within days had organised a few viewings. A letting was agreed at the asking rental amount with the 3rd viewer (after two other tentative offers). We, as landlords, were very prompt in responding to all requests for certificates/info/Licence etc and the tenants references were promptly gathered and approved. As a result of their efficiency, the tenant moves in today (27th May). Very happy with the service and efficiency and hope to have a long and mutually beneficial association with KF. Thanks Team!

I didn't end up buying through Chancellors in the end, but Jordan showed me several houses and was always friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. He was punctual, kept me updated and made the whole process straightforward. Even though I found a property elsewhere, I genuinely appreciate all the time and effort he put in and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a property
23rd Jul 2025 (10 mo. ago)Philip May's genuine enthusiasm for the property we were selling, and his ability to sell Hodsons' services sold Hodsons to me as the estate agent to choose to sell a family home. The subsequent progress has been excellent, with a well-qualified buyer lined up within weeks. The only criticism I have is that a 'For Sale' sign was erected in the garden of the property which was unoccupied, and I had specifically asked for no sign.

21st Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Stoneridge Estate Agents. From start to finish, there was a clear lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic sales progression. We consistently felt that the process was being handled in favour of the buyer, with little regard for us as the sellers. Communication was poor throughout. Emails marked as urgent were not responded to in a timely manner, and updates were vague or lacking altogether. At a critical stage in the transaction, we were left chasing for information that should have been proactively managed by the agent. Most concerning was the failure to properly progress the sale. Key actions, such as chasing solicitors and moving outstanding enquiries forward, were not carried out with the level of urgency expected. This caused unnecessary delays and added significant stress. The buyer’s survey and subsequent renegotiation were also allowed to happen very late in the process, creating avoidable disruption. This should have been addressed much earlier and managed far more effectively. Overall, the handling of this sale was poor and ultimately led to us losing confidence and withdrawing completely. We would not recommend.
27th Jan 2026 (21 weeks ago)If I could give no stars I would. Will, who said he was the manager of the two Hackney branches, really could not manage a rice pudding. He was enthusiastic until the sale was agreed and then didn't want to bother with any communicating thereafter. He gave the clear impression that he just needed to sit back, do nothing more and wait for the commission to role. He gave clear indications that he did not have time to try and help progress the sale because he was too busy trying to make other property sales. I came away with the definite idea that Dexters work on agreeing as many sales as they possibly can and then do nothing thereafter and keep their fingers crossed that the sale completes. They work on quantity of sales and not quality of service. What Will does not take into account is that buying and selling is very stressful for the buyers and sellers and part of the agents job should be to be very active in progressing the sale and keeping in communication with other agents and the buyers and sellers until the sale is complete. Avoid listing your property for sale with Dexters to avoid disappointment.- 25th May 2026 (28 days ago)Outstanding service from the Rainham team, from the start the team understood our requirements, communication was amazing. Matthew made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free, guiding me step by step and offering support from start to finish. The communication was excellent throughout, which made everything so much easier. Lina and Helen were also lovely to deal with—always more than happy to answer any questions I had along the way. Overall, everyone I interacted with was kind and extremely helpful. I couldn’t recommend them more to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable estate agent in South West London

There was always an update email or call about viewings and we were kept in the loop the whole time. The process was made easy and we would definitely use them again if we ever move!
