We live on the other side of the country and could rarely be there but the team at James' had our back all the way through the selling process, with regular site visits. It was on one these visits that they discovered the internal mains pipe had burst. They informed us immediately on discovery and arranged a Plumber to turn of the supply. Their help and support through this incident was truly required and appreciated.<br>I really believe that we could not of chosen a better agency or team
24th Aug 2026 (26 days ago)Hamptons have been absolutely fantastic. We have just got the keys to our new home and through the whole process Hamptons, and particularly Jan M, have been amazing. Jan has been our point of reference from our first viewing all the way to getting the keys and we could not have asked more from her. She replies to emails quickly and if she doesn’t know the answers then she gets the answers asap. When viewing properties, Jan took the time to get to know us and really understand what we are looking for in our new home. Instead of just sending over loads of listings that don’t resemble what we’re looking for (as some estate agents do), she made sure that she was contacting us with genuinely great properties that meet our specification and budget. Finding something that my partner approves of has been a mission, but Jans perseverance and patience has meant we achieved it! In future years, when it’s time to move on from this property, we will definitely be using Hamptons and specifically Jan again. After the past few months working with Jan, we consider her more of a friend now than just an agent who sold us a house once.<br><br>Having had an awful experience with another estate agency in Windsor, just down the road with yellow branding, it was so refreshing to have an experience that was genuinely fantastic. Hamptons are the only Estate Agents that I would trust with my property. A massive thank you to Jan and all the team for everything you have done for us… until next time!

She was always easy to get hold of, and having direct communication over WhatsApp made everything so much easier and quicker. She knows the local area really well and was always on hand to answer questions or sort out any issues with the vendor.<br><br>Thanks to her proactive approach, the whole process moved along smoothly and much faster than we expected. We’d definitely recommend Shash to anyone looking for an estate agent who is responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.

13th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)Fennwright as not acted in my best interest upon end of tenancy. I paid my rents and never delayed a minute and when I ended my tenancy upon expiration of agreement, I was presented a bill of £505 which I found to be unfair to me. I contacted Fennwright and it’s clear my opinion and interest doesn’t matter to them except for that of the landlord. I am also your client and deserve better treatment. Not sure I can deal with Fennwright again because it’s clear they are on the side of the landlord and not the tenants

14th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)If you have a property to let out, do not use these Estate Agents. I have been trying to get them to pay out for the damages that was caused when the tenant moved out. They let out my home on a "no deposit basis" and then took out insufficient insurance to pay out for significant damages. That was 4 months ago and I still haven't been able to move back home!

Nikki was exceptional in answering queries and ensuring all paperwork was signed and completed by both myself and the landlord. Really great service, and would highly recommend, friendly, patient and a delight to deal with

Took his time to listen to us and ensure that our property was marketed in the best way. He gave an accurate estimate of our property’s value. Photos were excellent and helped to sell our house I’m sure. Several viewings were secured quickly and our house sold at above the asking price within days. The sales negotiator was experienced and helped us to secure a really good price. All was done quickly but we didn’t feel rushed and were kept updated at every stage. All in all a good experience and we are happy sellers.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

He is always approachable, responsive and genuinely willing to help, no matter how small the query.<br><br>What stands out most is the consistency, nearly a year on, the service has never dropped. Isaac is professional, knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make things straightforward. His communication and support have honestly been unmatched, and he is a real credit to Andrews.

He was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuine throughout the entire experience.<br>?Aidan went above and beyond to answer all of my questions promptly, kept me updated at every stage, and made sure the entire move-in process went off without a single hitch. 3rd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)I was extremely pleased with the professional experience I had when selling my property through Goodacres based on Castle Road.<br>I cannot recommend the whole team enough as they made the whole experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible when selling and buying properties.<br>From start to finish the team were great, Josh valued my property taking some great photos and describing perfectly whilst Arden dealt with the viewings.<br>My property sold for asking price within a week of going on the market which was fantastic and let us concrete on buying out of the area otherwise I’m sure I would’ve purchased through Goodacres too.<br>Chloe then took over the sales progression and was amazing, she was very professional, informative, and a joy to deal with particularly when our solictors weren’t keeping us in the loop (I should’ve taken Chloe’s advice on Goodacres recommended solictors).<br>Huge thanks to the whole team I will and have recommended to family, friends, and colleagues you all made what can be a stressful and sometimes long experience into a positive one! ??????<br>All the best Gary
