3rd Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)We rented a property in Chingford from 1 February 2026 through Claremont Estates. Zak and Mafiz acted as a great bridge between us, the landlord, and Goodlord. The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

30th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Based on my personal experience, I would encourage landlords to exercise caution when considering this agent.<br><br>In my case, I have had to commence legal proceedings after rent was collected from my tenant but was not passed on to me.<br><br>Despite several reminders, I have not received the outstanding rent. I have also experienced delays in receiving rental statements and found communication regarding property management to be disappointing.<br><br>Overall, my experience with communication and customer service has fallen well below my expectations, and I no longer have confidence in the current management.<br><br>I would recommend that anyone considering this agent carries out thorough due diligence before making a decision and also considers other reputable letting agents with a strong track record.

Especially impressed with Michael and Ryan they always knew exactly where we were as the sale progressed, and worked closely with our solicitor to make things happen. I, by chance, was already in the area - she was able to fit me in immediately that afternoon, and was incredibly helpful and detailed during the viewing. She even tolerated my meandering ramblings! I ended up putting an offer in on said flat, and Skylar kept me up to date on the current state of things, what the next steps would be, and what information was required. Highly recommended.

We were not disappointed, they suggested a good price for our property and unlike some other estate agents they secured it. The communication during the sale has been excellent and they have been proactive in managing our chain, which has been key in securing a positive outcome. We can not recommend them highly enough, big is not always better and the independents like Chambers can offer a more personal service. Thanks Richard to you and your team you provided an excellent service.
22nd May 2026 (17 weeks ago)We are only Under offer at the time of writing this review and so there is some distance to go, but so far Rush Witt & Wilson have shown themselves to be been a united team of keen Estate Agents in the Hastings office that we believe are doing their best to market and sell our house. They have been open and honest about the strengths and weaknesses of our property and although we are disappointed that the sellers market is so flat in late May 2026, we think we can trust their advice to set the price at what the market will achieve. Ask us again after completion.

15th Sep 2026 (4 days ago)Agents who conduct the viewings are engaging, thorough , personable & keen. Office staff are difficult to achieve telephone responses/call backs & after sales service needs improvement as does the accuracy of the information they provide you with when administering a long-winded exchange. Fee's were better than others & at the end of the day, they achieved two buyers for us as the first fell through due to a break in the chain - proof is in the pudding as they say! Would use again but keep more of an eye on the detail & not sit back believing its being monitored.

We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble.
