10th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)AVOID.<br><br>I’ve been a tenant with this agency for four years, but my experience over the past six months has been unacceptable. I’ve repeatedly reported an ongoing hot water issue and have spent months chasing updates, yet the problem remains unresolved.<br><br>The hot water pressure has deteriorated to the point where I am now unable to take a proper shower in my own flat. Despite numerous reports and follow-ups, no effective solution has been provided.<br><br>If you’re looking for a responsive agency that takes maintenance issues seriously, this has not been my experience.

They suggested the top value for my property and achieved a sale within a week of marketing at the asking price. Completion within 12 weeks. The entire experience was made easy with their assistance and I remain delighted with their performance.

Kate was amazing - kind, personable, professional, reliable and across all the detail. She was on top of the whole chain and pushed it all through, and was alway at the end of the phone to help. So grateful to her and the team. Would definitely recommend Wheelers if you're looking for an estate agent.

They are always a phone call or email away to answer any questions and super friendly to deal with. Thanks again to you both.

7th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Very good experience at first. The floor plan was inaccurate however wasn't changed. We kept being pushed to lower the asking price (which they set). In 3 and a half months with them they didn't arrange even 1 viewing. So we changed the agency.

Ross and Georgia (& the rest of the team behind them) were extremely professional, knowledgeable and organised with regular updates and pushing to ensure everything moved ahead steadily. After 2 short chains collapsed with a different agent we lost a year in delays, so I wish we had taken the whole process with Balgores sooner. We would recommend Balgores 100%.
