8th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)Most unprofessional agents I’ve ever dealt with. Took them 5 months to fix a broken fridge of property I’m renting from them. Additionally they are not respecting my contract terms and trying to overcharge me for the end of the tenancy. I have had to hire lawyers to avoid them abusing other more vulnerable tenants

9th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had 4 Estate Agents come to view my property and was about to give up hope when Ben arrived, I immediately know I would list with B Simmons, continuous communication from Ben and Emily and regular feedback, it did take 18 months to sell but they did not give up hope and kept telling me the right person would come along, and they eventually did, I had regular market updates from Ben and although long they made what some call a stressful situation seemless. Thank you all for your help in the process

Daniel, Ryan and their team were extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding the local housing market. We especially valued the clear communication and regular updates on progress. Importantly for us, there was no drama and our property was sold for the price that Daniel told us it would sell for, so we were very pleased with the service. 25th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)I approached KMJ immediately when i decided to sell my property as they were very local to me and i’d heard positive things in the past, they’re a well respected estate agent within my village and have a reputation of having a good knowledge of the area, something i thought was important in respect of the property i was selling relative to its location.<br>I can honestly say that my experience with them was first class. From Marks first valuation visit which i felt was honest and realistic , to the expedient listing and admin to get it market , securing an offer within 7 days they absolutely outperformed my expectations.<br>The conveyancing process to my mind took an age, and i felt particularly anxious throughout, but KMJ in this area particularly excelled, Suzanne in sales progression was absolutely fantastic, she was quick to assist with any enquiries, often responding within minutes, tirelessly chased the chain, and i never felt for one minute that she wasn’t on top of the whole process. I cannot thank KMJ and all of their team involved enough for making a process which was particularly stressful for me a considerably easier one knowing that they had everything in hand. I would not hesitate to recommend KMJ to anyone and would most certainly use them again should the time arise. Thank you KMJ.

I was looking to have a valuation on a property, however unsure of the process. Kevin’s expertise of process knowledge inclusive of wonderful customer service really stood out in comparison to other agencies.
