I had many requests which they’ve professionally coordinated with the landlord, and efficiently fulfilled. Full marks for Megan, Ryan and Scott!!! Throughout my entire search journey, he was incredibly proactive, quick to respond, and remarkably supportive. He even responded to any questions I have on off-days. His professionalism and proactivity made the whole process much smoother. Highly recommended! Zaylin’s ability to streamline the process and handle every detail with such efficiency took all the stress out of finding a property. If you are looking for an agent who is not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and dedicated to his clients, I cannot recommend him enough!!!

They were always accommodating when arranging viewings and took the time to clearly explain everything about the property. Communication between all parties was smooth and prompt, and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had. Friendly, approachable, and very supportive throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient estate agency.

Throughout the entire process Steve was incredibly helpful, supportive and responsive, making everything feel much smoother. He was responsive, transparent, always on hand when needed and got our sale over the line. So yes I would highly recomend using Bigmove

They are still the same bunch of people who will try to rip you off on every single occasion. Please avoid at all cost. There are plenty good agencies out there

From first contact with Monica through to completion with Karen, they have been attentive, genuine, extremely competent and an absolute pleasure to deal with. There is no doubt in our minds that we have ended up with a home we love thanks to their professional care. I strongly recommend using Pearsons- they will go above and beyond for you.

They're diligent and patient , returned calls and responded to emails, always kept the lines of communication open. I'd had a pretty tough experience elsewhere prior to this, so I admit I asked way more questions than usual, but they were super reassuring every step of the way. I felt totally at ease right from the start. A big thank you to Edmund in Orpington.

28th May 2026 (25 days ago)We’ve been in contact with Elliot Gold , one of their agents who was really unprofessional with us . There was an issue with our rent agreement which caused a lot of frustration for us and the landlord and Eliot didn’t understand our side so we felt that their agent doesn’t understand the real estate laws properly. I wouldn’t choose them as a landlord or as a tenant.

Years of experience, incredibly helpful and friendly staff not to mention the best properties on their books! Everyone at Whitmans made the entire process of buying our home very smooth and stress free. A huge thank you to Andy and Denise in particular for all their help, support and suggestions in getting the sale over the line.

30th May 2026 (23 days ago)Believe the one star reviews and avoid this company. Just a cascade of lies and broken promises. Shutting branches early, promising then failing to call you. They cannot do the basics of customer management. Thank goodness I have not signed my sales contract yet and I can move it to a company that wants the business.
