The sale process required enormous patience, persistence, and careful handling of multiple parties. Throughout the entire journey, Nathan Taylor, and especially Billy Saxton provided incredible support, continuous communication, and reassurance at every stage. Billy Saxton in particular was absolutely instrumental in getting the transaction completed. His professionalism, diplomacy, and ability to manage complex interactions between all parties were truly outstanding. I am genuinely grateful to Billy for all his hard work and dedication. Without his persistence and support, I do not believe this sale would have been completed successfully. The property was handed to us in a great condition. Ines and Sean have been really helpful in communication and checking in between us and the sellers. We are really happy with this purchase.
3rd Jun 2026 (19 days ago)An estate agents outside of Putney recommended Winkworth in Putney to me, saying Flora Clarke, Associate Director, and Russell, Director, were excellent. Flora has been outstanding, in our opinion, and has been so approachable, helpful, organised and professional. The flat was extremely problematic and could not have been much more difficult to sell, but Flora was undaunted, and managed to obtain a much higher price for it than anyone expected. She, and the rest of the the team at Winkworth, including Russell (who was also brilliant), were always available and on top of things. We are very grateful and obviously we highly recommend the team.

18th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.

The service and speed to market the property was fast and efficient. within days everything was managed ,certificates. Inspections etc. I had to do virtually nothing. Within 2 weeks contracts with a suitable tenant was ready. Thanks to the agent who handled everything so professionally. Elin Shepherd.

We were delighted to sell our house after a handful of viewings. Paul, Hannah and Emma from the branch were always happy to help us and made me feel comfortable at every step in the process, making it a smooth journey. Their communication was excellent — they would answer any email within an hour and were always helpful and professional. They were also very competitively priced compared to other estate agents we looked at. I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home! Even the other estate agents in the chain commented on what good agents they were and how quick and organised they were with things.
21st May 2026 (5 weeks ago)After nearly a year of stress, delays, and a very long property journey, we finally completed on our new home this Monday, and I honestly can’t thank the team at DKH Rickmansworth enough. What makes this even more impressive is that they weren’t even my estate agents, they were acting for the sellers. Yet throughout the entire process, Josh, Hannah, and Beth treated me with the same care, communication, and professionalism as if I were their own client. There were times during this move where things became incredibly frustrating, but DKH were always helpful, responsive, reassuring, and genuinely seemed to care about getting the move over the line for everyone involved. In all honesty, I had a far better experience with them than I did with my own estate agents. The team went above and beyond from start to finish, and even the thoughtful gift at the end was a really lovely touch after such a long slog. If I ever move again, I genuinely wouldn’t hesitate to use DKH Rickmansworth myself. A huge thank you again to Josh, Hannah, Beth, and the whole team. Wishing you all the best and continued success.
