Difficult market and everyone sitting tight and so the effort from Victoria and her team to sell our house was even more appreciated. From the first meeting with Victoria to the day we handed the keys over we couldn’t have asked for more.<br>Super professional and kept us informed with every step of the way.<br>Wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again and throughly recommend the team to anyone wishing to sell their property in Newbury and the surrounding area. Look forward to deal with them in the future ????????.- 3rd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)Very disappointing property management service.<br><br>I would not recommend Cubitt & West Lettings based on my experience as a landlord.<br><br>My main concerns are poor communication, lack of transparency and expenditure being deducted without my prior approval. Around £400 was deducted from my rental income for a replacement washing machine. I was later told that the replacement had been agreed by the previous owner before I purchased the property, but the cost was nevertheless deducted from my rental income without informing me or obtaining my approval.<br><br>When I asked for basic details about when it was approved, who authorised it and the relevant invoice/order information, I struggled to get a clear answer.<br><br>What concerns me most is not the £400 itself, but the lack of communication and accountability. I chose a fully managed service because I expected professional management and clear communication, but instead I have had to repeatedly chase them for answers.<br><br>I have now submitted a formal complaint, but the whole experience has seriously damaged my confidence and trust in their management service.<br><br>Landlords should think carefully before handing over management of their property to this company.

Andrew was also fantastic and was very accommodating in letting me pop in before move in to do some measurements.<br>Blake made sure the process was smooth, and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. 5 stars!

He was always quick to respond, genuinely caring, and handled a tricky chain situation with complete brilliance—resolving it fairly for everyone while prioritizing my children's school enrollment. Even after we moved in, Nick continued to offer support not just as an estate agent, but as a welcoming neighbor. We are immensely grateful to Nick and the Quarters team; I cannot recommend them enough, and I’m certain the sellers feel the exact same way.

We had great communication, fast responses, and found it easy to accept viewings using the Street app. Thanks to their expertise we accepted an offer after just a month of being on the market!<br>We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

Richard and the team were always friendly, approachable and easy to deal with, and any issues that came up were handled promptly and professionally.<br><br>After such a long tenancy, moving on was a big change, but Richard was extremely helpful throughout the process and made everything straightforward, including being accommodating around our notice period while we completed on our new home.<br><br>I’d happily recommend Parkers Lettings to both tenants and landlords. A friendly, reliable local company who genuinely look after their tenants. Thanks to Richard and the whole team for everything over the last 10 years.

27th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)I had seen a lot of negative reviews about Ideal Property but I chose to ignore the red flags because, with every review, they seemed to have a defence or explanation for what people had experienced. Unfortunately, I didn’t understand the seriousness of those reviews until I experienced it myself.<br><br>I genuinely regret the day I decided to become your tenant and I sincerely hope our paths never cross again.<br><br>I’m sure you may come under this review to defend yourself, just as you have responded to others. However, I hope anyone considering becoming a tenant or working with you will take the negative reviews seriously and not make the same mistake I made by dismissing them.<br><br>I can confidently say that my experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. Looking back, I wish I had trusted my instincts when I first saw the numerous negative reviews.<br><br>I’m sharing my experience as a warning to others: please do your research, pay attention to the red flags and don’t ignore repeated negative experiences from previous tenants.<br><br>For me, this has been a serious wake-up call and I hope someone else can learn from my experience and avoid going through the same situation.
