Marc has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure that things have gone smoothly. Communication is great and they have kept me informed throughout the process. Their knowledge of the local area has been really helpful. I'm hoping never to move again, but would recommend David and Co to anyone doing so!

Fiona, Jay and David have been absolutely amazing — extremely helpful with every issue or enquiry we’ve had, and always so friendly, kind, and professional and very quick to resolve things as well !! I’ve rented many properties over the years, and I can honestly say these are the best agents I’ve ever dealt with. They have a genuinely welcoming open-door policy, and everyone in the office has been smiling, approachable, and helpful every time we’ve visited. Highly recommended!

Always professional, approachable and provided a first class service. It made the house sale process very easy and stress free. A big THANK YOU for all your help and support - Nick you were amazing always there to answer my questions and give independent advice when it was needed. I felt your attention to detail was fantastic. Conner and Rhianna were always friendly at the end of the phone when I needed to ask questions along the way. I only met Conner in person when I handed the keys in prior to the exchange. But was taken aback when he remembered a small detail about the house - that showed he cared and had a good attention for detail. It was a long process from our first meeting and completion; due to a delay in Probate being granted - but I can honestly say I felt you guys were always there to support me and keep me up to date with relevant developments. They have been here a very long time and are now a fundamental part of the village ‘backbone’. Their amazing branch manager, Sarah, has a fantastic team - everyone is friendly, supportive, customer-focused and efficient and always willing to help in whatever way they can. They have the full suite of property services under one roof – property valuations, sales, lettings, mortgages - and their mortgage broker, Jayne, is a complete genius! In my particular case, Austin & Wyatt at Lyndhurst have been outstanding – they have provided me with so much assistance regarding my property and all the wider issues – I just can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done. Sarah and your team, you are simply wonderful – thank you!
25th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Hodsons found a buyer for my property with the help of Anita Smith at good price with excellent communication throughout the viewing and offer acceptance process. My buyer was a naive first time buyer who chose a terrible solicitor (Premier Property Lawyers) who presented multiple challenges throughout the convencying process such as absent communication, missed deadlines and bad paperwork. However, Hodsons with Lesley Fenwick and Kerry Nichols provided excellent support and communication to chase the buyer and their solicitor throughout the convencying process to push through the sale.
11th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I chose Amos Estate Agents as they are so involved in the community in Hockley. They genuinely care. Selling through them was a pleasure. They answered all questions promptly and with care. They chased whenever I asked and were an amazing conduit between myself and the buyers. Please consider Amos if you are thinking of selling. The whole team are caring, polite and courteous. They showed enthusiasm when conducting viewings of my home, which had various offers within 2 weeks of being on the market. The photographs taken were so professional.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process - always responsive, clear, and proactive. What really stood out was their genuine approach to sales negotiation. They provided honest advice, managed expectations well, and worked hard to achieve the best possible outcome. In an industry that doesn't always enjoy the best reputation, Fry Estate Agents are a real breath of fresh air. They combine professionalism with integrity, and it's clear they genuinely care about their clients. If you're looking for an estate agent you can trust, Fry are an excellent choice.

She consistently kept in touch with me, even while I was on holiday, and worked hard to chase the seller’s solicitors due to the property being sold through probate. Chloe was always accommodating with my numerous visits to the property, including arranging access for my surveyors to carry out a Level 3 survey. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process, making my first-time buying experience a genuinely positive one. They even provided a first time buyers box as a welcome gift after I bought my property which was nice. I would highly recommend Chloe’s services moving forward.
