Morgan’s expertise saved us significant money by guiding us through the sale of our residential park home without needing a solicitor. He completely understands the unique legal side of park home transactions. Communication was top-notch—he kept us fully updated while we were in Spain and the buyer was in the UK, and even checked in after completion to ensure all funds were safely received.
A special mention to Ellie, who is fairly new to the branch. She did a brilliant job showing the new owner around our property. With Morgan’s mentorship and guidance, she is clearly set for a very successful career ahead.

26th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We can't thank Eva Jones at TW Gaze in Diss enough for helping us through what turned out to be a genuinely difficult purchase. The sale was delayed for months by probate issues, and dealing with the seller's accountant and solicitors was far from straightforward.
Throughout it all, Eva's persistence, communication and sheer stamina were first class. She kept chasing when things stalled, kept us properly informed at every stage, and never let the process lose momentum even when it would have been easy for things to drift. Without her, we're honestly not sure the purchase would have completed at all.
If you're buying or selling in the Diss area and want someone who will genuinely fight your corner, Eva and the team at TW Gaze come with our highest recommendation.

24th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)We recently moved into the area and Money Properties were managing the house we were buying. Getting everything through exchange was very challenging, with the onward chain (not managed by MP!) causing major delays that split our family apart for 2 months. Throughout the whole process, the Money Properties team, in particular Tracy, worked tirelessly to manage the process and get us into our home. Out of everyone we were dealing with, the MP team fought our corner harder than anyone (and we weren't even their clients!). If you're looking for an estate agent in Wymondham, and want a team that prioritises the people over the properties, use Money Properties. We were so lucky to have them involved in getting us through the last few months. Many thanks to the team - you are all legends.

They promptly came out to provide us with an honest professional valuation of our house and were quick to actively put it on the Market. Within 6 weeks we were sold! Liam was incredibly proactive throughout our entire move. He constantly chased things up to keep momentum going and kept us updated every step of the way. It was such a relief having someone who genuinely stayed ahead of the game and offered help before we even realised we needed it. At a time that can be very stressful Liam was on hand to reassure us and make the process go through more smoothly. Everyone i dealt with was great - the agents that showed me round were always super helpful and honest. The purchase was complicated by the unfortunately poor health of the seller - Kyrena in particular was so instrumental in helping to get the sale completed and helping me to apply pressure to my solicitor, who often seemed oblivious to the urgency of the situation. So thank you Kyrena and thank you everyone at TWGaze!
16th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)I have given you this review do to the state of the property that your renting out to my young grandson , here a a couple of photos of the work that’s needed , I do know what’s what as I have volunteered for the Cambridge city council for over 12 years + inspecting flats and houses and making sure that there homes are up to a decent standard , there is a policy that the council abide by , a decent homes policy which you don’t seam to have, I will await your response , a person should feel safe in there property , warm and Secure , which I Hasson to point out that if some one put a mind to braking in to his property, on kick of the front door or back would do .

14th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Musker McIntyre have been my lettings agents for over 10 years and I've had a great relationship with them, as my property over those years had no issues, this last year and a half I encountered many problems, with the help of Dawn and Grace, who had all manner of tradesmen on hand to help sort out and fix the many situations I had. They were quick on the phone , ready to assist and able to come up with solutions and to find a perfect new tenant as well. I couldn't had done this without them both and they continue to support me.

As a bit of a newbie to buying a house Kayleigh went above and beyond by advising me and recommending removals along the way etc. She was superb at keeping me updated. When viewing our property, Millie greeted us with professionalism but genuine interest in what we would like from the house. We had communicated throughout the purchase and no matter the question - big or small they were there to help. A big shout out to Clare Clarke for being amazing, always available if we needed her, very polite and helpful - nothing was ever a bother for her! I couldn’t recommend Starking & Watson enough!
