16th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)My sale hasn’t completed yet, but after a year of trying to sell with Purple Bricks, who were abysmal, I have a good offer after four weeks and so far everything is going smoothly. The team at Winkworth’s is friendly, engaging and knowledgeable, and they do what they say they say they’re going to do. Would recommend.

We were consistently updated on our flat and reassured throughout. Rowan provided us with the essential criteria needed to make the transition as smooth as possible for us. Would highly recommend!!

12th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Not happy at ALL , SAVILLS ARE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT SELLING A VALUABLE ASSET AT ANY PRICE TO GUARANTEE A COMMISSION . THIS SEEMS COMMON TO MOST SALARIED AGENTS IN 2023, CONSTANTLY CITING NEGATIVE MARKET CONDITIONS INSTEAD OF WORKING HARDER FOR THEIR CLIENTS .

We bought our house through Bairstow Eves and got our mortgage through Zoe. Zoe made the whole process SO easy for getting a new mortgage, I couldn’t believe it. She was transparent and very professional. When changes were needed, she made them seem seamless. Would highly recommend her. The sales team were great. Jonathan, who I had most interaction with, was always cordial, a delight to interact with and just made the communication with our seller very easy. Thanks to the team’s responsiveness, they helped us move in a chain in 4 months - basically unheard of these days. Thanks for all your work, Bairstow Eves!- This agent doesn't have any reviews

22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers

I have known Sacha Scott agency since 2017 and they have looked after a few properties of mine. I am always impressed how hard they work, they communicate very well and keep me updated regularly and efficiently. They look after my tenants with care and make sure that any maintenance issue is properly sorted. I feel safe having them on board, knowing that they are looking after my tenants and my properties with professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend them to manage your property.

Amir for reassuring me every step of the way and the move managers for such excellent communication with bytes and solicitors. A really efficient set up hence it is the second purchase I have made with this company. Thank you!

12th Jan 2026 (12 weeks ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
