3rd Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)We rented a property in Chingford from 1 February 2026 through Claremont Estates. Zak and Mafiz acted as a great bridge between us, the landlord, and Goodlord. The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.
7th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)We went to see the apartment that was available for rent, we liked it. We did all the checkings, filled all the forms, all good. The agent we met insisted to us on talking with the actual landlord to tell him that we are leaving from his apartment. After we did that, he told us that the house is no longer available so this created a very very very unpleasant situation with the actual landlord that almost didn't wanted to let us stay anymore in his apartment. This company is a total shame and scam 1st Edit: My 1st reply to yours: Nice try ! I have attached a picture, maybe you can remember now. I have 2text messages as well. You're embarrassing. Another reason for others to avoid your company. 2nd Edit: My 2nd reply to yours: First of all, the flat was listed by your company, not a different one. On Rightmove, there is your address, not the address of the company you tried to push forward to take YOUR fault. At least now, be professional and assume the errors that you make and stop trying to act like people are stupid and get you wrong, because this is not the case. Second of all, I think you forget what your website shows. Indeed, the company you suggested to make a review exists, but it is also included in your point of contact section, so that would still fall under your company duty. And lastly, I wrote this review for the whole company, not specifically to the sales area, because your whole company works on both sales and renting. So, do not try to fool people here as long as we are aware of our acts. I can see that I am not the only one here complaining about you, so you may want to think this is a sign to work on your professionalism and how you deliver your work to the clients, not to try get out of it blaiming others, or suggesting people are lying because you “do not have any knowledge” of this. Another pic attached. I have pics from inside the house as well. If Google asks, I'll provide them even more details.
22nd Apr 2026 (14 days ago)I have worked with Alec Peduto and his team in Sales and Lettings for nearly 20 years. They have managed and sold properties for me including my own residential properties. I hold them in high regard and highly recommend them. I have used other local agents for both letting and sales over the years and frankly they do not compare favourably. Theydons are my strong recommendation for both sales and property management.

19th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)We had an excellent experience working with Josh, the Sales Manager in Chigwell. He was highly professional and clearly very experienced, guiding us confidently through every stage of the process. We felt completely supported throughout conveyancing, as well as helping us understand aspects of the surveys and even helping to support with our own chain. Josh kept everything on track and made the process feel extremely smooth and stress free as there were aspects we wouldn’t have been able to deal with ourselves as first time buyers. We couldn’t recommend Josh & Madison Fox enough!

16th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)My partner and I have just purchased our first home in Rainham. We have met with a few estate agents in the area but found Patterson Hawthorne to be the best. In particular David, he’s been fantastic throughout and has been there from the beginning of our journey and has helped us get to the finish line with the purchase of our property. He has been an active support for us during this process and we cannot thank him enough. We have enjoyed our experience with PH, in particular with David, so much so that we have said if we look to buy a house in the future, we would go straight to PH.

27th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)I was a tenant of Dockside Property services for two years. In that time, they charged me disgusting amounts for a check in fee, check out few, signing fee, if they had any involvement you better believe you'd pay for it. They also took 1.5 years of that two year tenancy to fit a bathroom extractor fan which was broken when I moved in, and that the previous tenant tried to get fixed. Every issue I ever raised was dealt with in a sluggish manner sadly - an online portal / report system can be as fancy as it wants - but it doesn't help unless you actually check it. They were also kind enough to charge us for additional cleaning of the property when we left it spotless - as well as trying to charge us £60 for replacing a piece of wood under the dishwasher that wasn't fitted back after repairs that they did. The reason it didn't fit was because the repair made the gap physically too small for the wood to fit in, so oddly enough I couldn't refit it, but somehow they didn't seem to understand that. Maybe they didn't do that "get the shape in the hole" game when they were younger. After explaining this they then doubled down on their stupidly and we disputed via the DPS, and they settled in our favour because I figure someone that works there actually has eyes / a basic understanding of shapes and measurements. Either way, I wouldn't rent from them again unless I had no other option. Oh, and if you're looking at renting 25 The Eye, the flats in Chatham, the hot water is basically non existant (unless you take 3 second showers), the washing machine is from the early 90's, rent is very high, you can hear every breath of your neighbours (above, on both sides and below) as well as the lovely potent smelling...."cigarettes" from those below 24/7 - and if you hear a scuttling in the night in the walls or see something dash across the kitchen floor, don't worry, that's just the rats from the bin store under the building. ??????

18th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)Communication overall was poor, and the final sale price ended up materially below what had been pitched and discussed at the outset. More concerning was the conduct from Yaseen, on the finance side, where agreed written terms were later disputed and the matter was escalated unnecessarily, including multiple threats of court action, before the correct position was eventually accepted after some push back. The issue was ultimately resolved, but the process fell short of the level of professionalism I would expect. I would recommend others ensure everything is clearly documented and reviewed before proceeding, if at all.

I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion

He guided us through every step of the process and took care of all the formalities, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Their professionalism and dedication really stood out, and we always felt supported and well-informed. We’re very grateful for their professional hard work and would highly recommend London Move to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent.
14th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)We haven't had to go through the nightmare of moving house for over forty years but we survived the emotional roller coaster this time round thanks to Stanton Hockett. Not easy for two eighty year olds I must admit who simply want to go live near their daughter up north! We approached the move with trepidation but their approach from the outset was totally re-assuring and empathetic. Tom started the ball rolling with his no fuss approach and we then graduated to the big guns, Brad & Gavin, after they found us a young couple to buy our treasured family home. They might have been a dating agency so suited to us were our young buyers. As apparently often occurs our journey through the legal processes to exchange and completion took us between peaks of elation to valleys of frustrated despair and back again but they were there to support us when we needed it. Thank you Tom and Lewis, thank you Gavin and most of all thank you Brad for your impeccable service to us in the sales progression stage. We are on our way now and feeling a whole lot better about our future.
7th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with OpenHomes, particularly with Pratik, who was one of the least helpful agents I have dealt with. I reported serious issues with my property in October, including an unstable toilet, unsafe bathroom flooring, and lack of proper hot water. Despite these being essential facilities, there was no urgency in addressing them. Communication was poor throughout. I repeatedly followed up and agreed to multiple proposed dates for repairs, but these were delayed or cancelled with no clear updates. At one point, I had to go months without being able to properly use the toilet flush and had to rely on manual alternatives. Even when additional issues like damp and mould developed, the response remained slow and uncoordinated. Requests for written confirmation or reasonable support were also not handled properly. Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional and dismissive of tenant concerns, especially given the seriousness of the issues. I would strongly advise others to carefully consider before renting through this agency. They don’t care about tenants.
30th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)We couldn’t have asked for a better experience selling our home. Stewart truly went above and beyond to ensure a seamless process from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, and any issues on any side of the chain were dealt with quickly, calmly and effectively. Moving home is often described as one of life’s most stressful experiences, but Stewart genuinely took the stress out of it for us. It was a real pleasure to work with someone so professional, proactive and reassuring — we always felt confident knowing everything was in safe hands and that Stewart had complete command over proceedings. Thank you so much for making what could have been a difficult process such a positive one.

25th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)Avoid - rude, dishonest, would not trust as either a buyer or seller Signed up in person summer 2025 as a buyer. No info sent through in months. In December sent multiple requests via Zoopla for a viewing of one of their properties. No reply. Called main office. Finally get one email to arrange viewing; I reply six times and nothing. Physically go into office March 2026 (house is still on market / unsold) and get patronised rudely by a team member - "we couldn't prioritise you as a viewer" "this is how markets work" (thanks I've bought & sold two places before). Told me they'd book me in for viewing; no follow up. It's pretty clear they overprice houses that they don't sell - this one is still on the market as of end April 26 (it was reduced a full six months ago) which was confirmed by friends who live locally "avoid them, terrible reputation". I wouldn't want to partner with such poorly organised / low integrity agents to sell my place, or want to work with them on buying somewhere.
