In particular, Mike Lurot has the attributes of a terrific agent with his market knowledge, customer service, strong interpersonal and technical skills. The result was a stress free and straightforward purchase. So Mike, thanks for that. Lurot Brand certainly live up to their well earned excellent reputation.

2nd Dec 2025 (18 weeks ago)Not the greatest experience. Edit: I’ve just seen the response from the business and they’ve actually lied (clearly got customers mixed up), this is not what happened and I’ve now changed my review to a 1 star. Would definitely not recommend, what a shocking service.

I think the flat being valued at £300,000 was too ambitious, it sold for £159,000. Dexters were pleasant and helpful throughout.

Thank you very much!- 20th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Sadly I bank with them and I won’t be changing till I find another Alternative which has 0% interest. This bank was much better when it was called IBB!!! Service was much better then! The customer service team on the phone are useless , no knowledge of customer service at all and seem to not care and rude. Their always leaving me on hold for ages and when I get through them they’re unable to help! Always logs me out of the app!! Even though my security details are correct it keeps saying it’s incorrect !! Then it ends up blocking me from verifying with my security details! Tells me to go in the branch!! Only one branch in central London which is far away from me!! I’ve reset my security details three times as they’ve repeatedly done the same thing so I’ve written the security details down to avoid this but unfortunately it happened again!! Open more branches in other cities !! Improve customer service and employ more people who are bothered to work at Al Ryan!!

17th Nov 2025 (20 weeks ago)We lived in a property rented and managed by properties actually for three years. It was by far the best agency I have had a London. Anytime we had a problem with the flat someone came almost immediately for a first assessment and sent a contractor on the same day. Dorian and his team were always very responsive for any question or issue we had.

They were extremely professional, kept us in the loop at all times, I didn’t have to call them to chase them for anything. The team were all so friendly and polite and we built up a good working relationship with Chris himself, who was always able to answer anything when required. Will miss our conversations. The sale went through smoothly, which is just want you want when this is a very stressful time. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Last year had to sell a family property and went with a different agents which was a terrible experience, this was a breath of fresh air, so wish we’d used Chis and his company for that sale. 10/10. Thank you to Chris and his team.
