As expected with these things there were hiccups, but Alex did everything he could to ensure a smooth sale and keep me up to date with what was going on. It was a pleasure working with Alex, and I look forward to hopefully working with him and Crendon house again in the future

17th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)We have rented out a property for some time; Hamptons have been the managing agent. The Letting Office have always been helpful and informative; in particular Sonja Broderick who always has time to listen to us. During our time we have had a number of property managers; currently Antony Bacon. Have to say Antony has been the best! He has been pleasant and helpful particularly now when we are dealing with a leak which had gone undetected for some time. He understands how we are feeling about the whole thing, is communicative with progress, and always willing to chase contractors to keep things moving.

The team was always available, professional, and attentive to my needs, making what can often be a stressful process much easier and smoother. I especially appreciated the excellent communication and liaison with the seller, which helped everything progress efficiently. Their advice and recommendation of trusted partners, including the solicitor, was also extremely helpful and gave me confidence at every stage. I’m very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy a property.

The whole team have been amazing and genuinely do look after you throughout the process. I had previously tried Wye and Ford and Partners and the difference is night and day. I really wouldn’t bother with the others as they failed to deliver on several counts. I had many promises and assurances from other estate agents but Robertsons was the only one that delivered. Many thanks.

I was with another Agent earlier and they were ok but not a patch on Fine And Country, being in this instance Josh and Charlie. Impeccably professional, honest and wholly trustworthy. They've also communicated what's going on regularly and if they're not sure, they endeavour to find things out and let me know. The selling portal is well structured and easy to follow, and tells you what tasks have been completed and what needs to be completed. All in all, very happy with the service. ??????

I deeply appreciated their compassion during what could have been a stressful time. I was actually abroad while the sale was being processed, and their conduct was exemplary. The level of care they showed when speaking to my family and coordinating the collection of the keys was truly appreciated. 25th May 2026 (20 days ago)Very happy sellers! Dale provided excellent service and expertise at valuation. We went on the market at a difficult time in 2025. Speculation and uncertainty around the budget made for a difficult few months with no viewings. But, the week of the budget we had our first viewing with Beth and they offered the same day. We had a problematic chain, but both Beth and Dale both kept us up to date with progress and although it took a while, we have just successfully completed. The newest member of the team, Ben, communicated efficiently at exchange and completion and I'm sure will be a valuable member of the Bonners and Babingtons team.

I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me.
