Vicky has been amazing. She is very professional, her communication has been excellent throughout the process, especially with the feedback from potential buyers. I did my initial valuation with Iona, whom was excellent also, and I'm happy with the valuation.
Loved the marketing of the property. ( It was advertised everywhere, even I was fed up of seeing it! ??????) But Connells delivered! Very good value for money, and excellent local market knowledge. Vicky don't ever lose your enthusiasm.... it's infectious!

We had a very good experience working with Reuben and the team. It was a slow start but following their suggestion to relaunch after Christmas, it was very quick. The team were efficient and helpful throughout.

Arif & Bethany at West Bromwich have dealt with letting my property and from initial contact to tenant moving in they have been amazing and the communication was second to non.
Id like to add that I have used Connells West Bromwich again for another rental property and as expected excellent service from Bethany & Arif x I would like to add Bethany again found a tenant within 24 hours which I find amazing ! Both are an asset to the company x

Sasha came to value our house, she was very professional and really knew her stuff. She had researched the local area prior to her visit and took time to chat through our expectations and ideas. She did a thorough walk through of the house, made a couple of good suggestions and sat and talked us through all aspects of a potential sale with Connells. In the end we have decided to stay, but Sasha’s professionalism would have been a big factor in choosing who to go to market with.

We had a fantastic experience working with Dylan Carey in St Albans. From the start, he stood out for being sincere, direct, and genuinely helpful — a refreshing change from many other agents we encountered.
What really impressed us was his willingness to go above and beyond. On the day of our viewings, we were travelling with large luggage as we were heading straight to the airport. Without hesitation, Dylan offered to drive us to the next viewing, even though it was with a different colleague. That level of care and initiative is rare.
In contrast, other agents we dealt with wouldn’t share contact details, showed little flexibility, and generally did the bare minimum. Dylan’s approach was completely different — proactive, thoughtful, and client-focused.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely committed estate agent.

Advertised a property on Camden Street and after viewing, we discussed taking it further and this is where it began to go downhill.. Applied undue pressure to pay £276 to move within 2-weeks, yet after making the payment it was complete silence. When reaching out for an update 2-days prior to the move in date, the rep was unhelpful, unprofessional and lambasted over the phone. The entire move has collapsed with a lot of expense gone down the drain, including the £276 which they refuse to refund. Will be looking into escalating with The Property Ombudsman. DISGUSTING!

We are trying to buy a property and put an offer in over a week ago. We had no contact from the estate agent after sending e-mails, making calls and leave messages. We can see that e-mails were read, but was not replied to. Very very poor!
