I recently needed to find tenants for my property and employed Nikki and Siman of Connells to run the process. They both delivered excellent client service and results which is what is now needed in the current rental environment. From finding tenants through to issuing documentation and changing over all of the bills they left nothing out. I would very much recommend them to other landlords.

I filled out the online form requesting a viewing, the form said someone would be in touch soon. I waited for 2 days, I had heard nothing so I rang. The lady I spoke to was lovely and helpful and said someone would be intouch. Noone has bothered to get in touch with me. Does Pattison Lane not want to sell properties?

AVOID CONNELLS AT ALL COSTS
I am receiving passive aggressive emails from Connells 5 years after they made my house purchase 10x harder than it needed to be despite being told my information had been removed from their databases in line with GDPR regulations- clearly they cannot even manage that. As a first time buyer I was given a terrible deal as I unfortunately did not know any better- if you are a first time buyer, or really any buyer, AVOID CONNELLS.
EDIT 17/3/26 - you’ve replied telling me to get in touch to make it look to people like you’re doing something about this but you have now not replied to my email. Again, Connells cannot manage the most basic of tasks - do not involve them in your purchase/sale/rental of your house.
Edit 1/6/26 still no reply, avoid this company.
11/6/26 I have received another email reminding me to renew my mortgage, clearly GDPR means nothing to this company. I still have not received an email which I was promised in reply to this review.

I have rated Connells 5 stars due to their excellent service. The staff are very helpful, respond quickly, and are able to “think outside the box” to find practical and innovative solutions to any problems that may arise. Lily was particularly helpful in this regard. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Great experience selling a vacant property. Advised sensible pricing and marketing photos etc were professional and well put together. Their communication was consistently good and they kept us updated regarding viewings, feedback and progress. Always keen to help with the property as we weren't local. Completed this week and am very happy!
