I contacted Hamptons Balham to help sell my property, and I did so because I worked there and remembered a great team. To my surprise, the newly formed team were only able to get me 4 viewings within the several months my property was online. Once I have given them notice and asked that the keys are dropped back to me whenever they had time, Davina was lovely and emailed her team to do just that. Tom who is the head of sales then sent a very rude email and said “they are not uber drivers or couriers” and that the new agent should come and collect them (even though I never said there was another agent). I would have also been happy to collect the keys if they emailed me nicely to say this is the process. Moral of the story, Tom is extremely rude and I would not recommend you trust him with selling your property - he was only nice at the beginning when he wanted my business. I have told him his email was rude and then sent yet another rude email - do what you will with this information but I would advise against using Hamptons as your agents.

We just purchase a property with help from the team at Hamptons. We were under time pressure but we managed to get it in the end on time. The property was handed to us in a great condition. Ines and Sean have been really helpful in communication and checking in between us and the sellers. We are really happy with this purchase.

I had a wonderful experience with Hamptons. Lucy Martin was my agent. She identified a flat that met all of my specifications within a day, and my offer to rent the flat was accepted within one day of the viewing. The entire process was painless, and I couldn’t be happier with my new flat. Highly recommended!

Our first review mysteriously disappeared, and I wouldn’t usually go to the trouble of leaving another were it not for the genuinely fantastic experience we had with Hamptons. The entire team were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. We were buying a home and Callum was the agent, and we really couldn’t have asked for a better service. He provided us with excellent advice throughout, and we really appreciated the depth of experience he has with the market and the local area. It made such a difference having him and the team to call on. They were genuinely brilliant! We would gladly go through them again, and would recommend to anyone looking to buy in the area.
