In a world where my solicitors were doing everything they could to scupper my sale and purchase, our agent at KFH did an incredible job of holding the process together, stepping in above his remit, calming me down at times & having a perfect communication strategy to keep things moving. Also insanely personable, worked with me as I am rather than being OTT professional.

His knowledge of the house buying/selling process was clear to see, and it wasn’t something I thought I’d would be complementing until it was needed to help settle nerves & set expectations.

We sold our property within 15 days I think. In a market where not having a garden is a problem, it wasn’t for us.

A quick note to say many thanks to the whole team and especially Shania for all of your work in handling the sale of my flat. With many similar properties on the market, it took commitment and drive to get through to completion.

We were extremely lucky to have encountered Zak at KFH from day one. We originally booked to see one property, but the property we ended up buying came into the market same day as our appt. Called up to ask whether we could see it and Zak already had it on the list of properties for us to visit.

We made an offer right away and Zak was nothing but helpful and prompt during the entire process (even nudging us when our chain delayed things!), we are very happy in our new property and very thankful to Zak.

I'm writing this review because they sent me a feedback email with a link to write a review for them.

I decided to let my property through KFH and was very upfront with them about simple tasks that would need to be completed before a tenant was moved in (replace a few light bulbs, tighten a kitchen tap, etc). It took them 2 full months after receiving the keys to get this actioned.

They were very keen and quick to onboard me however once I was onboarded and the tenant was signed things slowed down. It began to feel like I was managing the managing agent.

On move in, the tenant notified them that the property had unclean floors, I'd arranged for these to be cleaned twice before handing the keys to KFH. KFH had had workmen in the property and taken an inventory so had also been in the property themselves. They told me that this was my problem and that I would have to pay for a cleaner so I asked for a quote.

This time sensitive issue then hung in the balance for over 11 days while my property manager was on holiday. When he came back he carried on as normal sending me a quote for £150 for a 10 minute floor wash job. When I questioned if the tenant had instead cleaned the floors themselves my property agent said he didn't know. I told him that it was a time sensitive issue that should have been resolved as the tenant has either now had to clean the floor themselves or has been living with dirty floors for nearly 2 weeks. He just kept saying he had been on holiday but did not really apologise.

To take control of the situation I told him that KFH needed to send the tenant an email with: 1) a written apology that they had not managed to resolve the issue in a timely manner. 2) Ask them whether they had cleaned the floor themselves and if they had; offer them a small rebate on their rent for the month (out of my own pocket, as a sign of goodwill). It really took a lot of asking for him to accept that this was a systemic issue within KFH.

This whole thing became an exercise into the limits of common sense and logical thinking. If I"m paying for a full managed service, it means the property should be fully managed.

Furthermore quotes from workmen felt inflated to carry out unnecessary work. At one point I was told the boiler engineer needed to fit inspection hatches to the flue, when I called them out and said that they were already there they knocked £100 off an unitemised £750 job quote for 2 tasks.... go figure.

We'll see how it goes from here.

KFH handled the sale of our house exceptionally well - from valuation, to showing people round, and from when an offer was accepted keeping us on track through to completion. They were always friendly and available to chat through any concerns.

KFH is a very efficient, proactive and pleasant team to work with.
They did a great job organising viewings and finding a buyer. They then did a great job managing the sale process.

Moving from Belgium to London, Charlie was our guide through this complex situation of being in Belgium and looking for housing in London. Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. Strongly recommend his help. The whole process was super smooth. Thank you Charlie!

We recently purchased our first property in W12, and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent than Oliver Stanley at KFH. From the very first viewing to the moment we got the keys, Oliver was incredibly professional, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process.
As first-time buyers, we had plenty of questions and a few nerves, but Oliver always took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt confident at every stage. His communication was excellent — always prompt, honest, and reassuring — and his knowledge of the local market was invaluable.
Thanks to Oliver’s guidance, what could have been a stressful experience turned into a smooth and exciting journey. We’re so grateful for his dedication and kindness, and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Super helpful and responsive throughout the whole letting process. I would highly recommend working with KFH to look for rentals in Clapham, specifically Annabel Edwards, who made the process as seamless as possible.
