Chiara dealt with my property and she is a real asset to the company. Professional, efficient and reliable - exactly what you need when finding a suitable tenant. I was really impressed with the swift process and promptness to getting the right tenant (within 7 days from advertising to moving in!)

Superb communication and always contactable- which is rare with most other agents we've experienced. Jon got us the best price and guided us through negotiations. Carol really knew her stuff and she was more knowledgeable and on the ball than our solicitors! I cannot recommend Davidson Estate Agents enough!- 23rd May 2024 (9 weeks ago)We purchased a property through dixons which was sold via i am sold the support and help from the dixons team was impeccable the support from all three Dan Zoe & Shaneen was amazing e had a load of issues with the seller however these guys really offered me the support and further responded in a fast effective manner liaising effectively with i am sold, the conveyances and myself will defo use these guys again when i come to buy/ let a property again xx
27th Apr 2024 (13 weeks ago)Not impressed with my experience as a potential seller or purchaser. Would give them a lot less than 1 star if it was possible. We had a valuation over a month ago, agent could not give us a valuation at the time and had to speak to her boss and heard nothing since. Really odd since they had sold another almost identical house 2 roads away away 2 or 3 weeks earlier? When queried during my potential purchase viewing was told they had e-mail issues I can only assume they did not have a phone, clearly they didn't want the business? Thankfully we booked 2 valuations that day and chose the other agent who not only gave us a valuation whilst he was here we were also given more confidence in the service on offer. It was the right decision as we sold in a week, but the one shipways sold took about 3 months or so. I made an offer as a purchaser which was increased as I was told by the agent it would be accepted. Then I was asked to increase further so it would be taken off the market as I wasn't sold but they knew this when the offers were made, and it was even on the offer email. A couple of days later when I was sold and after a week of being given the run around by the agent who would be in meetings, viewings and other calls when I tried to contact her I decided to withdraw my offer as could no longer trust what I was being told. Whilst I understand they have to be led by the vendor honesty and trust should be integral to any negotiation. Not sure how you would know the sellers thoughts and movements if you can't contact them?
10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)A brilliant agent.Great find. Met and interviewed Sami the owner this Monday morning, due to fantastic promotion and marketing let my property within 24 hours. Set up 8 viewings, so I had the choice of tenants and was given great feedback. The photos and marketing video presented the property in its best possible light. A friendly, professional, organised team. Questions and information communicated promptly and effectively.
10th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)It has been one and a half years since Centrick took over the management of my property, and it has been a terrible experience living in my flat. They have been unprofessional, entering my flat without permission, and constantly seeking excuses to evict me despite timely rent payments. They issued a Section 21 notice, and now they are increasing the rent significantly, requiring me to undergo referencing again despite three years of continuous renting. They are also altering payment dates arbitrarily as a new agent takes over, causing unnecessary stress. Despite my attempts, senior management has not reached out to address these issues. I cannot recommend Centrick to landlords or tenants based on the distressing experience I've endured.
17th Jul 2024 (10 days ago)We were selling my parents apartment after my father had died and we had moved my mum into a care home. So they were difficult times and I live 120 miles away. They helped us sell the house and also let it while we waited for probate - the level of service from all departments and staff was excellent. Nothing was too much bother.

29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)Awful agency. We have been trying to view a property for a month now. Usually they don’t answer the phone/reply to emails but this week they have failed to show up for viewings twice (cancelling via email 40 minutes before). We are going to contact the seller directly. Do not sell your house with this agency, we are finding it impossible to even view never mind buy anything, house has been on the market for a long time now, reason being OPA won’t show it to anyone! No response via email or phone. Email attached was a cancellation when we were already there, didn’t show up the next day either.

Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
