A great professional run company where customer service is right at the top of the list. I have been using ‘Affitto’ Letting Agents now for over 15 years. They are good value for money and as a fully managed property service I know my rental property is in very good hands and hassle free. 8th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)Agent turned up one and a half hours late for property inspection, no phone call to inform me. When I called their office a women said she has asked the women coming to visit to call me but she didn't bother. When I challenged her she said she had not been asked to call me to say she was going to be late only when she has finished her inspection (who's telling the truth) RED FLAG. She also whined on about being in a meeting and that she had only been working there for a week or so NOT MY PROBLEM not interested in time wasters. I needed to contact my landlord to inform him of the poor service he is paying for and in then contacted PP. A long story short when the evidence was put to Simon Bacon the manager he had no choice but to apologise to my landlord but no apology to me for wasting my time. Always going to apologise to the landlord because he's paying him. VERY POOR appears there is no proper in house or external communication. Glad I'm only going to here for a short period of time.

Green & Co, came out on top. The man responsible for this was, " Shaz " He himself has moved on, the rest of the team are still there. The whole process was an arduous one for us and the team at Greens. A lot of the communications between us and them was done with , " Dee Stratford " She was extremely helpful right up to the exchange of contracts. Well done everyone at Green & Co. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone or any advertising site. Best Wishes. Kevin Richards.

Both were very professional from the start, and kept me in the loop on advertising, referencing and moving in the new tenants. Very happy with the service.
2nd May 2024 (12 weeks ago)Throughout my lifetime, I've never encountered individuals as unprofessional and deceitful as those associated with this company, particularly an agent named Luke. Initially, they assured me that my wage was sufficient for the desired apartment, but after I provided the deposit, they began avoiding my calls, imposing unexpected requirements, and threatening to withhold my deposit despite providing inaccurate information. This ordeal left me feeling deeply distressed and anxious, to the point of tears. Luke's actions were not only misleading and dishonest but also malicious. The entire experience has engendered a profound sense of disappointment and resentment towards both him and the company.- 12th Apr 2022 (2 years ago)they treated us appallingly do not use this Agent they cannot be trusted they wasted months and lost us our purchase stay away.We eventually sold through someone else their disgusting behaviour affected our future

Aman always on time and they have very friendly staff like lovely Weronika I can say thank you all I am happy with a house with my children because of your help. 18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)Awful agency. We have been trying to view a property for a month now. Usually they don’t answer the phone/reply to emails but this week they have failed to show up for viewings twice (cancelling via email 40 minutes before). We are going to contact the seller directly. Do not sell your house with this agency, we are finding it impossible to even view never mind buy anything, house has been on the market for a long time now, reason being OPA won’t show it to anyone! No response via email or phone. Email attached was a cancellation when we were already there, didn’t show up the next day either.

Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
