9th Apr 2025 (20 days ago)So far out experience has been excellent. Tim has been brilliant, the house pictures and video was really professional, he handled enquiries about our property and our initial offers were what we expected.
26th Jan 2025 (13 weeks ago)Some communication issues - asked for call backs on two occasions and did not receive any. Not sure 'mate' is the sort of language one should use when in conversation with a client ? Not sure who was responsible for the on-line marketing ? I think it may have been iamsold? Was promised a Boxing day re-market as this, historically, is a strong day for on-line views - this was not actioned and we had to call to query - this was later sorted on or around the 28th December - some days after the 'strong day' the 26th December 2024 - not sure if there is a disconnect between Bairstows and Iamsold, so this may be disingenuous to Bairstows ? We would still recommend Bairstows Walsall.
9th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)We had a bad experience with this company for Liasoning between the house owner and tenants. There seems to be a biased opinion and didn't support tenants for genuine tenancy issues. Completely inexperienced staff to deal with.
22nd Jan 2025 (14 weeks ago)I was with springers for 2 years and I honestly can't say a bad thing about them. They were consistently reliable and always helped to get any issues with the property resolved. We cleaned the property top to bottom and they returned 100% of the deposit. You hear many horror stories about agents and deposits but these guys are as good as you'll get!

Her exceptional attention to detail and dedication to customer service truly set her apart. From start to finish, she has been attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything went smoothly. Cally’s professionalism and warm approach made the entire process stress-free. I couldn’t recommend her and the team at Connells more highly. An outstanding service all around! Mr Dhillon.

8th Dec 2024 (20 weeks ago)I had an excellent experience with Meridian Estates. During the time my property was managed by them, I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. Even when the tenant vacated, they ensured the entire process was incredibly smooth, including resolving deposit issues without any hassle. I’d particularly like to commend Sardar Tahir, who was exceptionally professional and helpful throughout. His dedication and support made the whole experience completely stress-free. I highly recommend Meridian Estates to anyone seeking a reliable and efficient agency. Undoubtedly one of the best agencies in the West Midlands! And I will continue to recommend them to freinds and family and use them again in the future! A heart felt thank you ! ????

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
