9th Jan 2026 (8 days ago)There were times when we felt sorry for MansellMctaggart. We went to them after a few fruitless months with another agency who seemed to run out of steam. What impressed us most about MansellMctaggart was their enthusiasm. In spite of the clock seeming to run out we kept getting viewings and they reassured us it will happen. And it did. I would definitely recommend them because they never gave up, and they certainly produced the viewings. We had been on the market over one year and they pulled the rabbit out of the hat against all odds. I would highly recommend them, highly efficient and full of enthusiasm. This is the agency to go for if you want results.

It took a few months to complete due to the sellers’ onward purchase but felt informed throughout the process. Adam has also been helpful post-sale in referring a couple of questions about the place onto the seller. Overall a really good experience!

I found all the staff that I had dealings with , at Town Property , to were most helpful, professional, pro active and efficient in the service they provided. On the day of the original exchange of signed contracts , our seemingly genuine purchaser chose to withdrew their offer . Town Property were most emphatic and provided us up a prospective purchaser within days. George handled the original offer and was most helpful to me. I Thoroughly recommend him . His colleague Adrian handled the final and successful offer with equal skill. I would not hesitate to recommend Town Property for selling a property. They did a great seamless and faultless job.

Megan and Olly were super reassuring and professional throughout. I wasn’t the easiest to deal with and was very demanding but they went above and beyond and I can’t be more thankful for their hard work and patience. I would highly recommend them over any other local agents who I’ve also dealt with in the past! Sam Nelson

From marketing, pricing, viewing and feedback, we felt completely in the picture as to what was happening. Have had dealings with other local agents in the past where in each case either minor basic errors by the staff or the clear financial gain objective of the ownership have adversely affected their performance in a way that has never been remotely the case at Jordan’s.

The initial photos, description and marketing strategy was well thought out and pitched to provide a detailed view of the property. Once we accepted the offer from our buyer they worked tirelessly to ensure the sale progressed in a timely manor. Throughout the process Callum worked hard to ensure all questions and queries were answered and was a fantastic communicator between all parties I would highly recommend Carruthers and Luck to sell your property

7th Aug 2025 (23 weeks ago)we were looking for a surveyor for the home we wanted to buy and contacted alot came across charles wycherley estatre agents who also do surveyers reports.well what can i say excellent service and a lovely man who was very knowledgable of the area.a kind man who took the time to go through our report if you need a surveyor or buy or sell your home charles is the person to go through .when i sell my home at some point i will go to charles 5 stars
23rd Nov 2025 (8 weeks ago)Our purchase of a small flat took several months but throughout the whole period, the staff at Cubitt & West, Peacehaven, were unfailingly helpful, courteous, always pleasant and did everything in their power to help us (two aged and often bemused clients). From the first meeting with Blaiz and Shirley, we felt comfortable as they dealt with our questions. We also thank Gary most sincerely for his patience and extra diligence in guiding us through what we saw as a confused and difficult process. All three of them deserve our sincere thanks. All three of the team have an incredible knowledge of the local area and listened to exactly what we wanted in our onward property, they always helped where they could even when they did not have to. Always available with a friendly face whenever we had a question or query. Liz especially had the patience of a saint and constantly went above and beyond to ensure our experience was as stress free as possible. The whole team were very supportive and we felt much more than just customers with the service they provided us, which was far superior to estate agents we have dealt with in the past. We have no plans to move again but if the opportunity arose we know we would be repeating our custom with the team at South Coast Residential. A special mention has to go to Debbie and Peter, who were absolutely outstanding throughout. Debbie was incredibly supportive, always quick to respond, and kept me fully updated at every stage. Peter was honest, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything moved forward. Their combined effort made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and well handled. I would highly recommend Emslie & Tarrant to anyone buying or selling.

If i could 10 stars then i would. Forget the high street agents use Phil Hall.
