20th Feb 2025 (9 weeks ago)Probably slightly unfair time to review as we were selling at not a great time of year, and our situation was not a run off the mill one. However, we were kept in the loop and communication was good. Market price dropped after the valuation, but if the sale goes ahead, it will have sold in 3 months.

From the first viewing to securing a new buyer after our initial sale fell through, the entire team - Dominique, Lara, Matthew and Mitchell - was incredible. They handled a whirlwind of activity with calm, professionalism, and a genuinely supportive approach. We’d already taken the leap of buying before selling (never again!) and were under an extremely tight deadline, but their experience and reassurance made all the difference. They kept things moving, kept us sane, and somehow even made it enjoyable. It might have been just another day at the office for them, but it was a hugely emotional milestone for us - and we’re so grateful we had them in our corner. Thank you all so much. Megan and Olly were super reassuring and professional throughout. I wasn’t the easiest to deal with and was very demanding but they went above and beyond and I can’t be more thankful for their hard work and patience. I would highly recommend them over any other local agents who I’ve also dealt with in the past! Sam Nelson

Rafael, Carolyn and the entire team were efficient, approachable and quick to act on whatever needed doing. A huge thank you to David too. Have had dealings with other local agents in the past where in each case either minor basic errors by the staff or the clear financial gain objective of the ownership have adversely affected their performance in a way that has never been remotely the case at Jordan’s.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
