She was excellent at keeping me up to date and helping me get through a fairly difficult sale which I really appreciate! She was quick to respond to emails and easy to get in touch with on the phone which made my life much easier. I would definitely recommend.

They even helped me out with a couple of queries after the purchase completed. Highly professional, friendly and really genuine nice group of people. I highly recommend this estate agents! One of the best in Bristol!

29th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)Experience was very good with the offer received £20k (yes, £20k) above advertised price. I had 3 agents value property and all 3 were within £5k of each other. Back up team were great and I was kept informed of viewings at all times. Couldn't ask for any more. Property went to best offers after 7 views in under a week.

15th Jul 2024 (12 days ago)Connell’s was the best letting agency that I have dealt with in Bristol, and I have dealt with a few. Ours was a particularly difficult situation but Craig went over and above any assistance expected from an agent. And then David made the paperwork process easy. We felt like they cared that we got the home we were looking for and we definitely found it on the second try. We are very happy in our new home and would recommend them highly to anyone. You will not get a better personalised service.

We felt slightly unsure about the process at the beginning as we didn't have much communication from Boardwalk. However, we were then told Alicja would be taking over our purchase as a sales progressor and she really made our experience 5*. She has been fantastic, super proactive, friendly, and genuinely invested in our purchase. She got everyone moving whenever there was a standstill and would always keep us fully updated. We couldn't recommend her enough, thank you so much Alicja!

The Bishopston office seems to have a cohesive team of quality professionals all of whom I always enjoyed chatting with. They are pragmatic, well organised and personable. Particular thanks should go to Kiera Burrows, whose empathic and calm approach made this rather stressful purchase much less so. Top set of people, thoroughly recommend.

I viewed, purchased and let a property all dealt with by Nick, he would constantly keep me up to date with the position progress, Answer my calls and respond to emails promptly. Very professional gave great advice was flexible with viewings, and I would definitely recommend him and go as far to say Nick personally exceeded expectations in order to offer the company’s best possible service.
18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Their services can at best be described as fraudulent. I still maintain and do reiterate my stance that the operation at lifestyle can best be described as fraudulent, owing to major facts, when we contacted you it was concerning another property located at Bradley stoke which you cleverly told us had been taken and beguild us into going for the property at Pill, only for us to find out weeks later that the one at Bradley stoke was still on the market by which time we had committed ourselves to the one at Pill. You ensured there was no physical viewing of the property and pressurised us into paying the Holding deposit just with the Online video. The property in question was apparently only superficially renovated, otherwise how do you explain the growth of moulds on walls and ceilings barely a week after moving into a property. The roof was constantly Leaking water and walls driping with water, we notified you of this only for us to get an eviction notice few weeks afterwards, nobody came down to check what was wrong or even show any duty of care. It is honestly not to your credit that you admit to have being in operation for 30yrs with this kind of service. Apparently you took advantage of the fact that we are new immigrants and used our vulnerability as an opportunity to exploit us. The height of it is receiving Council tax bill for the said property, a few weeks ago stating payment of two months post our evacuation of the property that needs to be paid. We have been living in another property for over a year now, and we have had no cause to complain about anything, inspite of that the landlord regularly checks to know if there are any concerns or anything that might need immediate attention. Who would not want to remain with such a landlord.

Pleasure to deal with the description and picture are a on a different level compared with the other company and can’t recommend the property centre enough ! Thank you Louise ????
3rd Jun 2024 (8 weeks ago)I heard good reviews from a family member who used Andy at Moving You in the past for the selling of their property and they were very happy with him and the whole sale of their property. So I decided to give him a ring top bloke very experienced and excellent at what he does. Not only did he beat all fees of local competitors but he sold my house within two weeks of advertising. Took excellent pictures and with the use of drone of the outside of the property I was extremely happy how he made my property look and how efficient he was. I was extremely happy I would no doubt use Andy at moving you in the future again. Really was an excellent experience from the start to end. I couldn’t thank him enough for what he did for me.
