The team provided great communication and were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. It has been a very smooth process in what can be a stressful time when moving house with a young family.

The service provided via Karen and her colleagues was next to none - highly professional, friendly, transparent and always available for a chat over the phone. I met Seb from Countrywide mortgage advisors there first, and we went through all mortgage options in lots of detail. Then, we met Tom at the property we were interested in. Will definitely keep in touch with them as we continue looking for a new property
17th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)As a landlord I have been dealing with Chappell & Matthews for many years and have found the staff there to be very friendly and easy to deal with. The last 2 years have been very difficult with interest rate rises (tracker mortgage) & I have relied on the team at Chappell & Matthews to provide suitable new tenants with the shortest period between rentals. This last year has brought me into contact with a highly competent team of professionals in Chloe, Emily, Debra, Etima & Vanessa. Thank you & well done!
29th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)Experience was very good with the offer received £20k (yes, £20k) above advertised price. I had 3 agents value property and all 3 were within £5k of each other. Back up team were great and I was kept informed of viewings at all times. Couldn't ask for any more. Property went to best offers after 7 views in under a week.
27th Apr 2024 (7 days ago)I don't know if they were CJ Hole, but I couldn't get them to stop emailing me. I haven't enquired with them or even lived in Bristol since 2016. I've tried to unsubscribe from their new barrage of emails, however the unsubscribe link doesn't work and just takes you to a page that is html and the link at the bottom doesn't work either. Someone is thinking they're clever in IT... They should be cleaning their email lists. So be warned; you'll get emailed for years with no way of unsubscribing if you enquire with these lot.

She advised me what would be needed at each stage of the viewing and application process. Easy and quick process.- 1st Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Useless. 1 year we wait while they repair window lock in child room. Absolutely don't recommend them. 3 property managers and no decision.

13th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)A particular mention to Jess Latham who worked tirelessly to help push the completion over the line after it was extremely delayed by the lack of urgency of the solicitors on both sides of the sale. Jess is an asset to the Estate Agents. I would never again use the solicitor that was recommended by Holbrook Moran though. I think that they are recommended because they get a referral fee. HM Redfield also managed our property when we let it out. Anna is excellent and I’d recommend using HM Redfield to Landlords in that area. It was a pleasant experience dealing with both Anna and Jess because of their politeness and professionalism. Thank you!

18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Pleasure to deal with the description and picture are a on a different level compared with the other company and can’t recommend the property centre enough ! Thank you Louise ????
