They have gone above and beyond to help me find my new home and I honestly couldn't speak highly enough of the Team but especially Laura Yemm. She has been incredible throughout and continuously after. nothing has been too much trouble and even checking in and remembering the little details about you and your new home which was such a lovely touch and even made my day. This has been so lovely and welcoming The Team at Cheffins have been great and I recommend them to anyone looking to rent, buy and sell! Jade and Christina have also been amazing throughout my journey and I couldn't thank them all enough! 10/10 Recommend. Thank you again, so much.

To get that phone call or email for updates or just to ask us how we were doing has meant so much. The most amazing part is the fact that Bedford's were not our Estate Agents, but further up the chain, that is true dedication to seeing the whole process through. The support and communication throughout the entire process was amazing. Have since used for renting out a property and again could not fault the service received. Both Sheena and Phil are brilliant and I would totally recommend Clarke Philips to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent.

As buyers, we’ve had experiences with other estate agents that were pushy and disingenuous, but Hockeys was the complete opposite. From the very first interaction, they were honest, upfront, and genuinely committed to helping us, and this carried on throughout the entire process. They were incredibly accommodating with viewings—Dan was so helpful and knowledgeable when showing us around. Dom was always just a phone call away, helping us navigate several challenges during the purchase (including probate and some tough moments with conveyancers). His calm problem-solving approach was invaluable. And then there’s Dawn, who is quite literally an angel. She took on so much admin, chased up updates, and kept everything moving efficiently. Dawn was proactive, reliable, and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. She even called us regularly with updates, which was such a comfort during the more stressful moments. If we ever buy or sell again, we wouldn’t hesitate for a heartbeat—we’d go straight to Hockeys.
