Their knowledge of the local market is exceptional, and their guidance throughout the process is invaluable. They work tirelessly to ensure the process is smooth, communicating effectively with both sides. All of the team have exceptional and personal customer service - they are trustworthy, efficient and genuinely care about you and the process which makes it stress free experience. I honestly will never use a different agent and highly recommend them.

From start to finish, Paul and the team delivered an excellent service - trustworthy advice, proactive marketing, lots of viewings, all followed up with useful honest feedback. Lauren deserves a particular mention for her professionalism in managing the sale process. Lauren was tireless in liaising with all parties, updating on progress and driving forward to timely exchange and completion. It was a pleasure dealing with Beresfords and I would certainly use their services again and recommend them without hesitation.

I’d seen Nick’s agency and I thought that his experience and approach would be more suited to us and we were absolutely not disappointed. Responsive, highly experienced, patient, professional and hands on, just what we needed and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
