21st Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I was in need of a property quickly and the advert was on right move and had only been up for 40 mins. I called for a viewing. I was offered a viewing the same day just a couple hours away. I agreed. I was able to see a finished/ furnished apartment to get an idea of what a furnished apartment could look like. I also saw the apartment which was available to rent. David was very informative and understanding. Without any hassle, I advised I would like to rent and was offered tenancy there and then. I've never has such a smooth transition/ agreement before. I had issues with other estate agents with other properties prior to looking at this one. There is a community feeling amungst tenants and the estate agents is very close by and always open if there's any issues and concerns. Always warm and welcoming. Couldn't have found a better place if I had tried! Thank you to the team at Property Specialists.
