27th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I wish I could have given a zero. We went to view a house with them and they sent us a form to fill where we gave all our details,this was after the viewing, but this people never got back to us. We kept calling to atleast update us on the house whether successful or not and they promised to give us a call with feedback but they never did. Their customer service and feedback is nothing to write home about. They really do not care but you guys can aspire to do better. Cheers

4th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Emma from the Chelmsford office has been fantastic from the first meeting we had when we viewed a new build home. She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.
2nd Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)Back in 2023, I appointed two agents to sell my home in Great Dunmow, Beresfords were head and shoulders above the other agent, more viewings, better communications etc. it wasn’t an easy sale falling through twice, Ben was excellent throughout, always responsive to calls, full of good ideas and saw the sale through in a professional manner from start to finish. Overall a very good service.
7th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)2 viewings in 12 views. Pictures on rightmove were very poor. We’ve been with a new estate agent and had 4 viewings in a week and more communication than 12 weeks with balgores.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to Maxine and Rihanna at bairstow eves as you have both been absolutely brilliant from the start and your help and assistance has definitely been 1st class and 100% worth more than 5 stars. I would suggest if anyone is thinking of putting their property on the market go and see Maxine at Burnham on crouch as you will definitely not be disappointed in the service they provide. She kept her eye on it for me til we got it. Thank you Ann-Marie. Bryony has been amazing in sealing the deal, making contact with absolutely everyone, chasing anyone and everyone and keeping us updated until we signed on the dotted line. Thank you Bryony. I would highly recommend Connell Braintree. Buying a property can be quite stressful but they helped to reduce this stress.

The whole team at Yaxley's were extremely attentive with ourselves throughout the sales process and took the stress out of our hands, while maintaining high proffessionalsm. With weekly updates, we always knew were we stood. If you are looking to sell your property, I would highly recommend them. 23rd Apr 2024 (26 days ago)We just bought our new home through St George and, while they were acting for the vendor rather than us as the purchaser, we have been hugely impressed with the way they run their business. Darren and his team are one of very few estate agents that we have ever come across that have been completely open and honest throughout the process. It is clear that they did so in a manner which also kept their client’s best interests at the forefront. Darren in particular came across as hugely experienced and was able to answer numerous questions about the property at our first viewing - normally when I ask basic questions to estate agents about a property, I am met with a blank stare!! Darren and his team however, either provided immediate answers or found the answer and actually communicated it to me. It was so refreshing to deal with genuine people who clearly take pride in their work. While we were on the other side of the transaction, we have been so impressed that we will be instructing them to sell our rental property.

As the sale progressed, with a number of hurdles along the way, Chelsea and team kept up the great work; the regular whatsapp updates were very much appreciated!! Great, clear price, friendly, supportive and empathetic professionals. 2nd Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Fisk handled the process well although when it came to signing the legal paperwork toward the end of the process, the young lady within the estate agent was unsure whether she was the witness or if it was my solicitors who would be the witness signature. Overall, a decent experience when buying my first property.
