27th Jan 2025 (23 weeks ago)Single handily the best experience ever I couldn’t begin to describe the care and first class service I have received with everyone I have dealt with at Grier&Partners. They have taken the time to help me and my son out of no personal gain. Only the goodness of their hearts. Jackie is one of the kindest women I have met in my lifetime and took the time listen, understand and help me in a situation no one else wanted to handle. She found me and my son the perfect home, fought my case, believed in me. I couldn’t begin to thank her enough. Leslie was amazing from the jump also. Such a lovely bubbly understanding woman. Couldn’t fault their client care. They all deserve a lot more than a glowing review on Google. Grier&Partners is family run to the bones and it shows. It has been a honour and was an absolute pleasure meeting them. I owe a lot to these women and this firm. I hope they all know how amazing they are. Because they are one in a million.

15th Aug 2024 (10 mo. ago)Didn't respond to our emails, allowed us to advertise for six months without telling us we needed an energy certificate which could've resulted in us being fined, took 6 months for our property to be removed from their books despite giving the agreed 14 days notice, didn't tell us the property we had purchased stc had been sold to someone else.
23rd Dec 2021 (3 years ago)Huge thank you to both Peter and Samantha for being absolute angels during the most stressful move ever! They were beyond understanding and accommodating when things went wrong multiple times and didn't end up getting to view the place before moving in, but I really felt like their work ensured that I wasn't getting any less in terms of service. Thank you especially to Samantha who was so kind and waited for me to get my cat up to Colchester by train after my movers let me down twice. She is such a kind, lovely person to have been in contact with for this, and I wish her all the best!

The team always answered any questions and arranged viewings via the vendor without any issues. I was kept up to date with the process throughout, which made it stress free! I would highly recommend. 2nd Feb 2024 (1 year ago)I really can not fault Exquisite Homes, They did everything perfectly, the brochure for my house was a work of art, it was glossy and made more like a book, in comparison with the tatty photocopied sheets I had from some of the estate agents who were offering houses I was considering buying. Their photographer was amazing and produced fantastic pictures and, it's the pictures that sell the house in the first place. The team who sold my house was amiable and efficient. Even after the sale had been agreed the Exquisite team, chased the solicitors and pushed the sale through, the only thing I had to do was sign the contract. If you do not use Exquisite Homes to sell your home, you only have yourselves to blame.
21st Dec 2024 (6 mo. ago)It is with great confidence that I can recommend Bonds to sell your property. Bonds offer a one off up front price to sell your property. This is the method I chose to use. Once my bungalow had sold, it took a paticularly long time to go through. (This was due to my buyers side of things).... Jayne was on the case all the time. Jayne truly works wonders. I believe it was her constant chasing the legal teams that eventually got my sale through to completion.. All staff are always polite, courteous and very helpful. I have always been kept informed at all times from viewings to completion. Thankyou to Jayne and your team.

5th May 2023 (2 years ago)Very disappointing… they didn’t vet the viewers carefully enough and had a lot of time wasters . Marketing of the property was such that offers were coming in way below what the property was worth. When I asked them to take the property off the market it took them days to take it off Rightmove and they still haven’t been round to collect the For Sale sign or indeed return the spare set of keys we lent them .

From the very beginning, their team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for both the property and the tenants. Communication has always been prompt and courteous. Any maintenance issues were handled quickly and effectively, with regular updates throughout the process. The property was well-managed, and the team ensured it remained in great condition throughout my tenancy. What stood out most was the approachable and supportive attitude of the staff. Especially Mr Joseph lacobucci, he made the entire rental process — from the initial viewing to the end of tenancy — smooth and stress-free. I always felt that my concerns were listened to and taken seriously. My family wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Countywide Property Agents to anyone looking to rent. They set a high standard for property management, and we are grateful for their excellent service over the past 18 months.

4th Jun 2025 (5 weeks ago)I am absolutely disgusted with Bettermove!! They offered to buy my house for a fixed price, having deducted 20%! Which is what I told them I wanted a 'quick' sale. They offered of 2 options. Or, they said they could market it for a month AND actually LIED and stated they HAD investors INTERESTED in MY property!! Within a week I realised they had NO investors!! So, when the 'month' was up I asked if they would buy the house for the price they had stated instead. They said they would take a FURTHER 20% off AGAIN!!! Had they told me this would happen in the first place I would've just sold it to them!!! AND, in the process, they have DEVALUED the market value of my house!!! I think its absolutely disgusting that they seem to act without any conscience. They lie and are not up front with what the options really are. They have set my house selling back by possibly years now!! If there were an Ombundsman or official way to report them I would do so!
