25th Aug 2024 (17 days ago)Lamb and co Clacton-On-Sea took my property (which is Jointly owned) behind my back to market, did all the photos and valuations without my concent or acknowledgement, they had no idea the house had two vendors. (Didn't bother to do a land registry check!) I found out from cctv of the photographer taking photos of my house. They made my property live on rightmove before receiving my signed copy of concent. (I've emails to prove all of this) Was lied to by two directors one said he'd be attended the viewing the next claimed he never said that. They are awful and I'd avoid at all costs. Use another agent and avoid callum and Scott at lamb and co Clacton-On-Sea. would NOT recommend!!

Just from the initial visit from Matt to value our house I was filled with confidence and knew I didn’t want anyone else to assist with my move and the choice was 100% the right choice. Matt and his team at Peagrams Estate agency provide the highest customer service, going above and beyond expectation and certainly something you rarely receive anywhere anymore. People say moving is one of the most stressful things to do which it is but with Peagrams Estate Agents you are made to feel looked after and confident in that everything is being dealt with at the highest standard without the need for you to even ask or call as you are consistently updated throughout the whole process. Huge thank you to Matt and his team at Peagrams Estate agency for their 5 star service!!

I’d seen Nick’s agency and I thought that his experience and approach would be more suited to us and we were absolutely not disappointed. Responsive, highly experienced, patient, professional and hands on, just what we needed and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

1st Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Bought a house through Nicholsons and only have positive remarks for them. We did the viewing and all the purchase admin through the branch manager, Alex, who was well informed, helpful and professional throughout the whole thing (thank you Alex!). It was clear he cared for both us and his vendors and did what he could to make sure both sides were happy even when we had some trouble with survey results. When he wasn't in, there was always another team member who would pick up any emails etc. I think it says a lot about an estate agent when they manage to get multiple offers on a house in two days when it had previously been on the market for two months with another agent with no luck. I'd absolutely consider using Nicholsons if I were selling a house in the future. They really made an effort with us compared to other agents selling other properties we looked at.
