What truly impressed me was their incredible speed, professionalism, and efficiency during the Christmas and New Year period, a time when most businesses are closed and everyone is focused on the holidays. From the initial viewing through to securing the property, their team was incredibly responsive, focused, and proactive in meeting all our demands. They made a potentially chaotic process feel smooth and manageable. I want to thank to everyone that was involved for their outstanding efforts. I cannot recommend John Payne Estate Agents highly enough for anyone needing reliable, fast, and professional service, especially under tight deadlines. Highly recommended!

4th Jan 2026 (13 days ago)Last year I brought a house in Wellesbourne through the local Wellesbourne branch, It was a tough and what felt like a very long process due to circumstances, but the girls made it feel so much more positive ?? They were incredibly helpful and did all they possibly could to hurry the process through. The updates were as frequent as they possibly could be, they all worked together and incredibly hard to help and support me and chase solicitors. All 3 of the girls new the latest updates so it didnt matter who I spoke to, they are all so helpful, and I am so grateful for all there help they gave me & my son to get moved in. ?????? Thank you to the Wellesbourne branch, you are amazing all amazing ??????- 13th Oct 2025 (14 weeks ago)Outstanding service and communication from Peter Clarke in Leamington Spa. Special Thanks to Pav for being so calm and helpful throughout the process. Our house received multiple bids over the asking price and was sold without two weeks. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. From start to finish, they were professional, polite and incredibly helpful, making the whole process as simple and stress-free as possible. They kept me fully informed throughout, regularly updating me with market data and the level of interest in the property. They also went out of their way to accommodate viewings at times that suited me, which made a huge difference with my schedule. Our house sale went through in around 14 weeks thanks to Jason communicating between us, the buyers and the solicitors, we did have a couple of hiccups towards the end which were sorted when Jason got on the case. I would recommend Jason and would use him again myself.

She was incredibly friendly and welcoming at our viewing; was always on hand to answer all of our questions throughout the process and liaised with all stakeholders in order to push for as quick a completion as possible, which we were after. Additionally, she made herself available at short notice to let us in prior to exchange to measure everything we needed to for furniture. If we were to sell in the future, I would certainly request for Mandy to support.
13th Aug 2025 (22 weeks ago)From the start dealing with "Jerry" who is now no longer there (good) felt very pressured buying our first home with this company, sellers solicitor kept wanting to put completion dates in before our solicitor had finished checks, kept getting calls and emails for "updates" Evan though said multiple times speak to our solicitor as was in there hands (we had done our bits), some information we was not told about from the seller either which would of been nice and wouldn't of delayed things if truthful, some of the staff in the office was talking abit inappropriately in the background when me and my partner had to come in, if we purchase another property we will go with another estate agents.
