Quentin has supported me to find the most suitable flat for me and after I have agreed to get the flat I am living in now. He was very kind and transparent through out the process. We followed up the flat requirements and informed me regarding to my request about the flat promptly. Strongly recommend !

1st Sep 2023 (1 year ago)Viewings were only accepted from clients in a procedable position, which did reduce the number of viewings overall but focussed them to those whom had serious intensions concerning our property. Where Peter Clarke's experience really helped was conducting negotiations with potential buyers whom were a little difficult to deal with.

Great listing, pics, drone, matterport etc all helped present the house really well, had no trouble bringing in offers and got the move completed.
13th Feb 2025 (18 weeks ago)James went above and beyond with both the sale and purchase of our new property, due to the lack of communication from a different estate agent that were selling my mother in laws property. Regular updates, updates when no news, so we knew he was keeping an eye on how things were progressing. I honestly don’t think the sale of my mother in law’s property would have gone through without James, a HUGE Thank you!!

13th Jan 2025 (22 weeks ago)I applied for a viewing on a rental property in leamington spa. After submitting all my details and being enigble by meeting all the requirements, I received an email stating that the Landlord doesn't want to rent to older couples ( only young people or single occupants, for a 2 bedroom property) And no people with children. This is unlawful discrimination under the equality act 2010 towards age and children. My first experience with this letting agency and an unpleasant one. Very cheeky and smart not to put this information in the listing description of the property( because it's illegal and they know that) . But they made a mistake to put these illegal requirements in writing/ email. I will take this matter further to the legal ombudsman. I'm wondering what they discrimate against more!? Avoid, unless you want to be treated unfairly.
30th May 2025 (18 days ago)We called Connells on Friday lunchtime with a request to view two properties for my Mother, they went out of their way to get these viewings booked in. We was shown around both properties that afternoon by Julie. Julie made the whole experience feel relaxed, comfortable and not rushed, Julie answered all our questions and was very helpful, kind & thoughtful and made us feel like we had known her for years. Julie gave a brilliant pitch for the properties we viewed in particular the second property viewing. My Mum felt and ease and was excited about the property and making an offer, which we did. Julie is a credit to Connells gives the right vibes about the estate agent and their approach to sales & viewings. I must further say that Lucy & Bianca were also brilliant very friendly and helpful and our experience dealing with Connells was first class.- 23rd Jan 2025 (21 weeks ago)There really isn't enough stars to rate our experience with Naz Devshi at the Warwick branch. We couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage advisor for our daughter who is in the process of purchasing her first property. He has gone above and beyond to make the process as smooth as can be. He is very efficient, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. He has such a lovely energy about him too which has made us feel at ease during each appointment. Thank you Naz!

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!

David and Amelia were always on hand to provide advice, keeping us posted regularly and chasing solicitors. They have provided a professional and friendly service. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Amelia was always reassuring and made a very stressful situation, a lot less stressful. By far the best estate agents we have used/dealt with. David and Amelia both went above and beyond. We would highly recommend Kingsman.

He was very enthusiastic and gave us great confidence. The process from marketing to sale was straightforward, and Marco worked well communicating between us and our buyers. The rest of the Charles Rose team we spoke to were always friendly and helpful. We would recommend!
