I instructed them to sell my house they told potential viewers they didn't know anything about it and had never heard of it after they told me to pay for a floor plan. The lettings manager didn't do 1 inspection and screamed at me down the phone because I was trying to find out if my rent had been paid over. I made a formal complaint. James Hawkesford had complete disregard for my concerns. I am suing and will go to the ombudsman

1st Sep 2023 (10 mo. ago)Viewings were only accepted from clients in a procedable position, which did reduce the number of viewings overall but focussed them to those whom had serious intensions concerning our property. Where Peter Clarke's experience really helped was conducting negotiations with potential buyers whom were a little difficult to deal with.

30th Jun 2024 (27 days ago)Been a tenant for 2 and a half year and our experience was very good. They have some fairly automated process to deal with maintenance and requests. My only suggestion would be to improve the leaving process as it is quite confusing since there are a few things that needs to be done and it was quite a stressing process that could have gone more smooth. One example of this is that they can arrange for contractors to clean the house at a better price and without me having to deal with all the hassle, sadly I learned about this when I was just about moving out so mentioning this as soon as possible and several times would be great. (part my fault I didnt ask further, but I was given the numbers so I though it was up to me)

23rd Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Having had the pleasure of using Luke and Ian at RA Bennett when I purchased my flat 5 years ago, there was no doubt that I had to use them again to sell it. Charlie was brilliant with communication with viewings and thoroughly liaised with us during the whole process and Luke and Ian were superb at keeping us in communication and pushing our sale through which was tricky being a leasehold shared ownership flat but they are the most knowledgeable without a doubt! We are so greatful to them all and couldn’t have chosen a better estate agents. Thanks team
