25th Mar 2025 (30 days ago)I’ve just bought a home with Nock Deighton and as a first time buyer things can be a little confusing or overwhelming at times. Both Olivia and Abi were absolutely brilliant in helping me along the process and were always there if any assistance was needed. They were both always very friendly and helpful whenever I had a question and nothing was ever an issue at all for them. They’d always give me their time to help explain things further as well as pointing me in the right direction where needed, which is so valuable when you’re unsure what you need to do next.
15th Feb 2022 (3 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.
19th Aug 2024 (8 mo. ago)Dixons were great from start to finish. We were first time buyers and very anxious stepping into the unknown with buying our first house. The team supported us throughout and no question was a stupid question. When our first property wasn’t progressing, due to the sellers, they were straight on the phone as soon as they found a suitable alternative property which met our needs. We managed to view before it went on the market and had the offer accepted within a few days. I could not recommend Dixons any higher. Big thanks to Christine and the entire team for their continued support and help with buying our first home.
10th Feb 2025 (10 weeks ago)Shocking .....the admin staff are officious rude and insulting... they hide in the bushes with cameras policing a shared car park like vipers... but this sort of behaviours may be needed in your defthe court room. ???? personally I would use another firm.

I can’t thank the team enough for their professionalism, efforts, kindness and rapid turn around! The ladies over had contact with so far (Kristina, Hollie and Lisa) have been faultless, communication is excellent and they seem to genuinely care about their buyers and venders.

18th Jan 2025 (14 weeks ago)Overall average, agent understood urge to move and sell and overpriced the property and did not communicate with us weekly or fortnightly as stated in contract. Had to contact agent, also due to lack of interest they did two viewings for people who were not even on the market yet. Staff were pleasant and were charming enough, maybe due to the state of the market and interest rate rise this will have factored into the reason they could not sell the property, however lack of communication and plan of action lead us to take off the market with them.

I dealt with Seb from lettings and couldn’t fault him, he was very helpful throughout the process and was fast to reply to any queries I had.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

4th Apr 2025 (20 days ago)I had called Shipways to enquire about a property for sale and was booked into view on the same day and managed to make an offer straight away. I then requested Shipways came to value my own property as I wanted to keep everything under one roof. Ethan went above and beyond with answering all of my questions about the market and pricing. He also ran through all the different marketing packages and features they offer to help make a decision which suited me best. I couldn’t thank Shipways enough for getting me sold as quickly as they did but for also helping me secure the property. Would definitely use again.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. Their communication has been excellent, ensuring we had all facts and queries immediately, and didnt shy aware from our queries. Nikki worked extremely hard, especially as at times it was a complicated chain, but still she was positive, proactive and didn't hide away. Thank you so much for all your help ladies. 100% would recommend you both.

Always very quick to respond to queries and issues, reliable and were never overbearing. Overall a very pleasant renting experience through Hayden Estates.

Their communication with us was exceptional, always checking in, discussing the market, making sure we were informed at every step through the process. Unit 1 and unit 2 Cupola, Spetchley, WR5 1RS(3 reviews)31st Aug 2024 (7 mo. ago)We were buying our dream house through Andrew Grant in 2023 and they were selling ours as well, to supposedly make the process easier. I would never use or recommend Andrew Grant for either selling or buying property. Andrew Grant insisted on a £5000 reservation fee for the house we wanted to buy (more than the normal £3000). Andrew Grant then put the house (we thought we were buying) back on the market after just 4 months, but refused to give us our £5000 reservation fee back. At the same time they changed the wording across their website from “the property ‘will’ be marked as Sold Subject to Contract” to “the property ‘may’ be marked as Sold Subject to Contract” after the buyer pays the reservation fee. The matter is now being dealt with by The Property Ombudsman and Trading Standards will hopefully be involved. Buyers beware- do not leave a reservation fee with Andrew Grant! Any buyers or sellers considering using Andrew Grant should read their T&Cs very very carefully before entering into any agreement with them and keep all copies of any correspondence.
