10th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Poor service - initial queries were ignored and and I was stood up once I’d finally arranged a viewing, as the agent hadn’t bothered to let me know that the let to the property was already agreed. Do not waste your time on them.

17th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)We have been with Farr O’Neil for over 4 years since they were in charge of our property. Always very helpful and responsive when it came to maintenance or just about anything related to our home. We are now moving into a new beautiful house and once again, Sabrina in particular was just soooo helpful making the entire process very smooth. From finding us the new property, to helping us deal with all necessary checks and finally arranging move out/in detail!! Absolute star!! Thank you ????

24th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Terrible estate agents put us through hell for nearly a year couldn't be bothered to do anything didn't wanna fix any problems me my 3 year old daughter and partner got moved to harlow by hackney council so woodlands was our estate agents if anything needed repairs they was meant to sort it we had no hot water or heating for nearly a year kept complaining nothing got done we had to sleep in the living room as the whole house was covered in mould and our clothes washing machine floor cooker my daughter's toys everything was ruined they told us to clean it ourselves my 3 year old now has asthma she was healthy before we moved their I had carbon monoxide poisoning due to the sever smell of mould environmental health found over 28 hazards and shut the place down only a week before we had to move due to the property being shut down they put a new boiler in after waiting nearly a year they lie they are disrespectful and rude Please if you have a property from woodlands screen emails messages take pictures because that's what we did from the day we moved in they called us liers but we had all the evidence now solicitors and environmental health are involved

11th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Fantastic experience with Jacqui. If you are looking for a more personal experience then look no further. From valuation to completion Jacqui was all over it! She did a lot of the chasing and calming of sellers and vendors in the chain. She uses a professional photographer which was one of the things I loved, as I've seen some truly awful listings. She managed the open day and offers promptly and got me a buyer who actually saw it through to the end. Always there for a catch up or update. Unlike some of the other chains, she never sold my data to removal companies etc and I always felt she was looking out for my best interests, not just the commission, which by the way was also the lowest quote I got, as some of the others quoted but never mentioned that it excludes VAT. An easy 5 stars and I've recommended to friends and family.

16th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Please make sure if you are renting a property from them to take all the tiny details and pictures of the flat especially if it is an old flat. When the time comes for check out you will need to prove to get the deposit back. Be very careful. They will try and deduct money for the issue relating to the old property.

My viewing was arranged in literally the same day we managed to make an offer on the very day. She kept on communicating with us the whole time. Everything was managed and all the paperwork was carried out very quickly as well. I love the apartment I moved in, Thank you very much for all your support and effort. We are enjoying our new residence.

15th Jan 2024 (18 weeks ago)I don't understand why this estate agents had so many good reviews. Maybe they are better at sales rather than lettings.... My experience with them has been really awful from the start! I used this estate agents to let my newly refurbished flat out. Firstly they didn't screen the tenant enough and allowed this tenant to have a permitted occupant on the tenancy agreement. This permitted occupant was the brother of the tenant who lived there and I later found out he was a criminal with a tag, waiting for his court hearing. I had no idea he was living in my flat instead of the actual tenant on the agreement. He damaged my flat, drilling holes in the walls to fix his TV in the lounge and bedroom. He smoked in the flat when it was not permitted! Thank God he gave notice to leave but he left the flat in such a mess, he did a bodge job of fixing the walls and painting the flat with different colour white which looked patchy and so awful! He caused damage to the beading and door profiles that I had to get them all replaced! I had to get a builder to renovate the whole flat again to get it to the standard that it was before he moved in. Anyway during this time of this person living in my flat, the rent was overdue by days and I had to call the estate agents several times. It was so hard to get hold of anyone. I would leave messages and emails to get them to call me back but they would never get back to me!! I would get the rent late after so many phone calls to them to chase the tenant up! Pranav was the main person I had to deal with as unfortunately Daria was off sick. Pranav was difficult to get hold of. I had to keep calling everyday to speak to him and to continually ask him to do what needed to be done including the simple job of calling the tenant up. I had to visit the agency at their office in Ruislip myself to speak to him face to face and sit in front of him to get him to call the tenant to chase up the rent as left to his own devices, he would do nothing! The phones are rarely manned by anyone you just get a voice mail to leave messages. Pranav hardly got back to me or responded to emails...it has been absolutely hard work dealing with these people at this agency! They are totally unprofessional and unreliable! I have been ringing them every day but I have been unsuccessful in getting hold of anyone in the office who cares enough to do their job properly and in a professional manner. If u want to rent your flat our DON'T use this estate agents. They are absolutely useless!! Daria and Simran were the only diligent good staff that were working there. Unfortunately they are not there anymore, instead the other agents are just not diligent or care enough to do their jobs properly. You will only get nothing but stress and disappointment if you deal with these clowns! I am just glad I have got my flat back and I am going to rent it out with another reputable estate agent in Watford who are so much more professional and who have managed to find me a much more suitable tenant through their diligent screening process. If you want to avoid disappointment and unnecessary stress whilst renting your flat AVOID this estate agents!
