After what had been a disastrous year and experience for us trying to sell our property, we immediately loved Catherine! Her warmth friendliness and professionalism was nothing like we had come across in the market. We could really sense her passion for what she does and the fact she genuinely cared about us and wanted the best for us. We did not hesitate in appointing PS&P to sell our property for us which was done swiftly and smoothly, all in a professional way - there were no issues encounters and this really made our busy lives stress free and the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to sell or purchase!

1st Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Absolutely poor. Most of their listings are not even real, they were rented ages ago but still online so people can waste their time. The guy who answered my call sounded like he was 10 feet under water, couldn’t hear anything properly. If you look at most of their reviews, they’re from bot accounts with 1 review praising two of their supposed salesmen. Avoid!

22nd Apr 2024 (12 days ago)Saylan and the team at Stonebridge were an absolute pleasure to work with when selling my flat. I'd had bad experiences with some of the larger agencies so I moved to Stonebridge because I'd heard such good things about them. They are very personable and create an approach to sales that is bespoke to your property - really getting to know the unique things about it that will appeal to buyers and help sell it - and constantly keep you updated throughout the process. Saylan was a real professional and constantly came up with initiatives that would work in the current climate. They achieved success where the bigger agents did not, and I'm 100% sure it was because they put the time in to make it personal without any of the jargon and take pride in doing a good job for you. I would highly recommend Saylan and the team!

They were not only highly professional and diligent throughout, but also really down-to-earth. Their advice on my legal rights dealing with a previous pushy agent was invaluable and saved me a significant sums of money at the end. Plus, they were proactive in coordinating everything, ensuring the whole process was wrapped up within just five weeks from offer – something others thought would be impossible. If you're after a smooth property transaction without any fuss, Easymove are the ones to turn to. Seriously, couldn't recommend them enough!

Panay was great in terms of liaising with all parties involved and handling enquiries in an efficient manner. He represented himself professionally and is a credit to Highcastle Eststes. I am over the moon as my completion date is the 15th March 2024. I can not wait to pick up the keys to my new property and meet the team at the Goodmayes Branch. 3rd Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)I recently had a very disappointing experience while searching for a rental property. The person with vitiligo who attended to me was extremely demeaning and even went as far as to imply that I was wasting his time within just two minutes of our conversation (it was empty, no costumers, just me) Despite my inquiries about properties listed on their website, he insisted on pushing his own suggestions, claiming to know better. This behaviour was unprofessional and disrespectful, and it greatly detracted from my overall experience. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, this was severely lacking in my interaction with this individual.

5th Apr 2024 (29 days ago)This is my 2nd bad experience to this agency. Never again. Will not bother asking for viewing for their properties. Called yesterday confirming our jobs and all information including my small child. Everything is well and told me they will call me back. The day after I follow up for the viewing request and they suddenly changed mind that they can't accept the child which they said a day before that it was okay. We never experienced this with much more known agencies than PORTICO! AVOID!
