He was fantastic professional, knowledgeable, and super dedicated. Imran went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home, always ready to answer our questions and offer great advice. His friendly attitude and genuine care made everything stress-free, very quick and enjoyable. We highly recommend Payne and Co., especially Imran, if you're looking to buy or sell a property. 9th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)We chose Petty Son and Prestwich to sell our house having first got to know them when they were the acting agent for the vendor of the same house four years previously. All I can say is that the whole team are superb. The sales team we worked with, Greg, Faye, Francesca, Catherine, Pamela, Dan worked tirelessly to ensure our beautiful home was pitched at the right price using the right strategy. Their knowledge of properties in the area is second to none and given we ended up moving to another house in the same area, their advice and recommendations during the whole process was invaluable. It was a fairly drawn out process given market conditions at the time, with lots of ups and downs, but we always knew Pettys were keeping us fully informed and looking out for us. The whole team were always available for a chat to discuss progress and pick us up when needed and we really appreciated that. Once the sale was agreed, Elaine and Janine in the sales coordinator team were also incredible. Not every estate agent has a sales coordinator team, but after our experience I wouldn’t choose an estate agent who doesn’t have one. Again they both worked tirelessly to ensure our sale (and purchase) were as smooth as possible, by helping the communication between all parties involved. In conclusion, we thoroughly recommend Pettys for anyone looking to sell in the area and would like to give a big thank you to the whole team.

Response time was fabulous and finally we got the lovely house. The whole renting process was easy to get through and upcoming questions are handled promptly and ready to be solved. 1st Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Absolutely poor. Most of their listings are not even real, they were rented ages ago but still online so people can waste their time. The guy who answered my call sounded like he was 10 feet under water, couldn’t hear anything properly. If you look at most of their reviews, they’re from bot accounts with 1 review praising two of their supposed salesmen. Avoid!

Darren spoke with us at every level of our application to ensure that we were satisfied and he always worked to surpass our expectations. Furthermore, Darren has excellent interpersonal skills, he is always eager to listen to our problems and tailored his approach to match our needs. From the initial first visit through to the advice and guidance re selling the property she has been terrific with an attention to detail and a sense of what we wanted when selling our much loved property. If you come to Foxtons then I would strongly recommend you deal with her when selling your property.

Asdaq was friendly, encouraging, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything in detail and kept me informed every step of the way, which I greatly appreciated. His communication was impeccable, always making sure I was comfortable and well-informed about the process. Asdaq's patience and dedication to ensuring I understood every aspect of my purchase truly stood out. It's been an absolute joy working with him, and I can confidently recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and supportive estate agent. During the viewing of the semi-detached 1900s flat, Asdaq was attentive and patient, providing me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. He really went above and beyond throughout this process. Not only do I feel like he offered an amazing service, but I also feel like I gained a new cheerleader who's genuinely happy to help, and wants me to win. 25th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Avoid this agent if your planning to let out your property. Once you hand over your keys and a tenant is found. No inspections take place as agreed prior to agreeing to letting the property out. The contractors that they use scam landlords, carrying out dodgy electric and gas certificates and without fail, the contractor will fail the inspection to attempt to get more money from the landlord. I've sent contractors that I found online a few days later and they confirm my property is in good condition for gas and electric, surprise surprise... I get my certificates issued with no fuss. The contract between agent and landlord.. complete scam yet again with a never ending contract which forces fees on the landlord which is completely unfair.. don't even think this is legal but will further investigate this matter. Also to add, when we agreed a rental increase and instructed anisten homes to agree with the tenants. I was told it was accepted but later found out that the tenant agreed paying anisten homes more than agreed with anisten home not informing me of this... scammers again.. Can see that they are using many of their friends to leave positive reviews on Google but this will not fool everyone. I strongly recommend to use another agent and avoid these scammers. FOLLOW UP COMMENTS AFTER THEIR REPLY. As a responsible landlord, I allow the agents to carry out the safety checks when needed without questioning the cost which are extremely high (contractors fee plus the agents finders fee) and they seem to find issues yearly without fail so after their so called checks, I get my own contractors out to complete the checks and confirm with the contractors that there is actually no faults and they confirm this so this is a clear way that the agent and their dodgy contractors attempt to rob more money for faults that don't exist. Regarding paying the exit fee, I have already explained to the agents that it will be paid once they fully explain their handover procedure to me and complete their hand out to myself of my own property... still awaiting a clear reply to how we can make this happen... these agents are only interested in grabbing your money!

What struck me the most about the service was something that is extremely rare to find in estate agents; they operate with integrity, openness and honesty. I never felt like I was being over sold or manipulated; they gave me the truth, and I trusted them fully to negotiate on our behalf and find us the best deal. I’d recommend them in a heart beat, thanks again guys, stellar job

Very diplomatic, honest and knowledgeable. I'd definitely approach the team again if we were considering buying or selling in the future.
