We have had very positive experiences with several of their staff, including Shani the sales manager, Elza the tenancy co-ordinator and a few others. The standards have always been high. Highly recommend.

9th Jun 2024 (10 mo. ago)We chose Petty Son and Prestwich to sell our house having first got to know them when they were the acting agent for the vendor of the same house four years previously. All I can say is that the whole team are superb. The sales team we worked with, Greg, Faye, Francesca, Catherine, Pamela, Dan worked tirelessly to ensure our beautiful home was pitched at the right price using the right strategy. Their knowledge of properties in the area is second to none and given we ended up moving to another house in the same area, their advice and recommendations during the whole process was invaluable. It was a fairly drawn out process given market conditions at the time, with lots of ups and downs, but we always knew Pettys were keeping us fully informed and looking out for us. The whole team were always available for a chat to discuss progress and pick us up when needed and we really appreciated that. Once the sale was agreed, Elaine and Janine in the sales coordinator team were also incredible. Not every estate agent has a sales coordinator team, but after our experience I wouldn’t choose an estate agent who doesn’t have one. Again they both worked tirelessly to ensure our sale (and purchase) were as smooth as possible, by helping the communication between all parties involved. In conclusion, we thoroughly recommend Pettys for anyone looking to sell in the area and would like to give a big thank you to the whole team.

31st Oct 2024 (24 weeks ago)James was my estate agent at David Daniels, he has been responsive, reliable, transparent and most of all, calm throughout the (typically) stressful process of purchasing a flat! James went over and above to resolve questions and issues between solicitors to move things along as quickly as possible. I trusted his advice about when and how much to worry about things. I honestly don't think I would have been able to leave my rental property on the day my lease ended, and go straight to my newly purchased flat the same day, without his hard work behind the scenes. I burst into genuine tears of gratitude when he handed the keys over and he could not have been more lovely. I would recommend this guy to anyone :) Also, when he was on leave, his colleagues at David Daniels were also extremely communicative, reassuring and helpful. Love these guys.

Living in California made it very challenging, so I was very fortunate to be assigned Panay and Rica from this office that work extremely hard and to help us find excellent tenants to move in. Panay kept in constant contact with me via WhatsApp and guided us through the process, he was very professional and easy to communicate with. Being a landlord myself for 16 years I can appreciate his efforts and work that goes into finding a suitable tennant for a home and I feel Panay checked all the boxes. For this reason I would definitely recommend Highcastle Estates, Panay and Rica. Five stars. Thank you Rob
