3rd Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Moving homes is a stressful, exhausting and emotional process. Or can be. With ea2 Wapping, they reduced the stress from Day1. Cody found and secured our new tenancy agreement; many things can go wrong when negotiating but his interpersonal skills leveraged relationships well. On move day the transition and support from Laura and Sam were exceptional. Such a great job, we are enormously grateful.

28th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Oh my word - Aliya and her sales team achieved rents I never dreamed possible and the speed in which they let my 6 properties in Amhurst Rd truly amazed me. Multiple confirmed offers within 2-3 days after receiving instruction and definitely not a fluke as it happened with 6 different properties!!????????- Candecia, Suzanna Poullis and especially Aliya were fantastic, well organised, knowledgeable and kept me updated every step regarding amount of interest, block viewings and offers. Once offers were accepted, everything else went like clockwork. Thank you to all of you - BRISTANT Investments Ltd
10th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Don't bother doing business with Stirling Ackroyd! They would advertise a place at a certain price, take 20 offers on it and then entertain every person who placed an offer to bid against others which will ultimately raise the asking price of the propriety by 20%. They are doing nothing but damaging what is already a difficult real estate market. Communication is extremely poor, they won't keep you in the loop nor inform if your offer was successful or not. To be frank I doubt they are even presenting all the offers to the landlord, they would most likely show off by putting forward only offers way above the asking price. I've been working with other agencies who have made it very clear they would be unable to do any viewings or take offers once a propriety is under offer but Stirling Ackroyd works like no one else on the market and I mean it in the worst possible way. If you are a landlord or a tenant looking for your next successful rental please take your business anywhere else but Stirling Ackroyd.

After what had been a disastrous year and experience for us trying to sell our property, we immediately loved Catherine! Her warmth friendliness and professionalism was nothing like we had come across in the market. We could really sense her passion for what she does and the fact she genuinely cared about us and wanted the best for us. We did not hesitate in appointing PS&P to sell our property for us which was done swiftly and smoothly, all in a professional way - there were no issues encounters and this really made our busy lives stress free and the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to sell or purchase!

They would have all the compliance issues arranged for us without us worrying. Cristiana, Perry and the team are lovely to work with and never a question go unanswered. Would highly recommend!

He gave me information on the general area and finding properties for me within my price range and requirements. I would definitely recommend Alex and the team at Douglas Allen in Wickford .

So helpful, very clear, offering me excellent insights and advice - making me feel calm, and in control. Also his characteristic charm bought some joy and levity to a typically v stressful experience. The house ended up falling through as my chain broke but in this Mosh was fair and clear and did his absolute best to help me navigate and keep me in the game. I will buy my dream house and through mosh! Thank you Mosh.

22nd Apr 2024 (14 days ago)Saylan and the team at Stonebridge were an absolute pleasure to work with when selling my flat. I'd had bad experiences with some of the larger agencies so I moved to Stonebridge because I'd heard such good things about them. They are very personable and create an approach to sales that is bespoke to your property - really getting to know the unique things about it that will appeal to buyers and help sell it - and constantly keep you updated throughout the process. Saylan was a real professional and constantly came up with initiatives that would work in the current climate. They achieved success where the bigger agents did not, and I'm 100% sure it was because they put the time in to make it personal without any of the jargon and take pride in doing a good job for you. I would highly recommend Saylan and the team!

Each member has been courteous, helpful and professional, in particular Diana Mutafova has been exemplary in her dealings. She's always remained accessible, kept a cool head and maintained professionalism during very stressful and challenging instances. The service provided by this team to me has been faultless resulting in very good work in achieving a sale. Thank You.

5th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)This is my 2nd bad experience to this agency. Never again. Will not bother asking for viewing for their properties. Called yesterday confirming our jobs and all information including my small child. Everything is well and told me they will call me back. The day after I follow up for the viewing request and they suddenly changed mind that they can't accept the child which they said a day before that it was okay. We never experienced this with much more known agencies than PORTICO! AVOID!- 9th Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Smooth process buying a property as a first time buyer. Our agent Tom was very helpful, friendly and available throughout. Would definitely recommend!

Winnie at Circa EC2 helped me with putting an offer in for a property and getting terms and requests approved with the landlord in a very communicative way that advocated for me as a prospective tenant as much as for the landlord, something all too rare in the London market. I would highly recommend Circa to anyone searching for a flat in London over any other letting agent I have used.
