My initial review raised the question, how could you go from 1.8 stars to 4.8 in such a small space of time? Clearly some google cleansing has taken place. But for those honest people looking to rent a property through a secure letting agent, let this be a warning to you, you are not dealing with professional nor competent associates here. My reasoning for this ? my deposit being held for an overly long time, which happens, I know that, but to be told on two separate occasions that funds had been sent, when that was just a lie on both instances. What company do you pay and expect to be lied to?None, so why pay extortionate rent and still be lied to? It is not on at all.
FJL Bow did not manage the mold issues reported from the outset, and failed miserably in all forms of communication during my tenancy.
Incompetence is rife at the bow branch. The fees were extortionate, and i even came home to find a viewing taking place without my permission.
Seeing as the manager reads these reviews, i would like to make it known that whilst I thought a google review would suffice in displaying my displeasure , I am now going to report FJL bow through the proper channels, since they have somehow had my initial critic removed twice for no reason other than to save face. As well as this I will continue to repost my this review word for word until it sticks.
Whilst I have indeed used my initials, may I ask what relevance that has here? I will use my initials any which way I please, it has no relevance to yourself, Especially considering I have stated my complaints will bypass the bow branch, and go directly to your superiors? Other than your obvious attempt to sidetrack things here, the rest of your reply makes for a fairly naff response, considering I mentioned a number of issues, you concede that you take complaints very seriously, but have failed to address a single one in your response? As I have stated twice now, it was Late 2015 when the review page for FJL Bow had a measely 1.5 star rating, following many reviews with no content, just stars you have now found your ratings (both here and sales) shoot up to a more respectable looking 4.1, that is clearly not down to genuine customer response, that much is apparent. Perhaps you'd be better off dealing with issues and not spending the working day replying to (and removing) google reviews.
