8th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)I just went through the renting process with Churchs. Shermaine was extremely helpful throughout the process and exuded professionalism. Her communication was excellent, and she was constantly assuring me and my wife throughout the process. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with an estate agent to use them. A year later John helped us move into our current home. He went out of his way to ensure we got a bigger house ,at a chepaer price in a much more nicer Neighbourhood. Would highly recommend again and again .

25th Apr 2024 (9 days ago)Absolutely brilliant team, we had the pleasure of working with Mr Bulent, during our letting application he went above and beyond and was completely supportive and informative throughout the whole process. Mr Bulent is without a doubt the key foundation at Peter Barry , and we held every confidence with them due to his presence and conduct. The viewing to completing contracts was as easy as 1.2.3. My partner and I highly recommend and cannot praise them and him especially enough. Thank you guys for impeccable service. 5 stars simply ain’t enough. ????????
18th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)Excellent service. The price may be higher than other estate agents in the area but you are paying for their expertise and knowledge of Hoddesdon. Our property was initially priced at a value we wanted but it was recommended that we reduce a little at a strategic time in the holiday which resulted in many viewings and eventually the fast sale of our property. The solicitors they recommended (Juno) are also incredibly fast. Very impressed with the team at Hoddesdon. Thank you all for your guidance and professionalism you took the sting out of selling our home. Highly recommended

26th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)Where do I begin ? Had a viewing booked for 1 pm today. I showed up and there was two other people to view the room the same time as me. The agent bumped the price by 100£ monthly without even explaining why, the availability initially proposed was one month away, it's magically changed to immediate availability. The agent called me later on the phone asking me to pay the holding deposit AND first month's rent without even knowing the period I want to stay or any basic details any normal agent would want to know. The other one star reviews are legit, I don't recommend these guys.

6th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Absolutely appalling! Do not use this agent to rent your property! No communication, ignored and left thousands of pounds in debt. Didn’t provide any viewings and allowed tenant to destroy my property. Continually lied and betrayed any faith in them. Trying to evict tenant for 8 month and they even lied about that, solicitor never heard of them! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

They dealt with some major issues that a past management had ignored for a long time, also massively improved the building and had a community approach with some issues we had going on. All in all professional, helpful, efficient. Recommend.

13th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)Really poor service. I have been trying to view a property that is for sale for a while now. The agent keeps messing me around... suggesting dates but never confirming the viewing. The property in question has been up for sale for a very long time and is suspect the inability of prospective viewers to see it will be a large part of the problem. Worse than the above is that the agent just fails to communicate so you never know if a viewing is being arranged or not. I would highly recommend finding another agent if serious about selling your property

I will recommend them to family and friends. Bds Property has looked after my property for the last 3 years and the service is very professional and I always get a quick response from them if I have any issues and concerns. 20th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.

They made the whole process seamless from start to finish, and are really good at communicating every step along the way. They are professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
