Keith was also exceptionally helpful and managed a property project in a very efficient manner. Both showed extreme professionalism and always on hand to answer any questions.

Paris who looks after the documentation, Lauren and most recently Helena as my immediate contact. Always quick and responsive to any issues that arise. No hesitation in awarding them top marks. 2nd Sep 2024 (7 days ago)Having managed our rental property well for the past 10 years I obviously used Atkinsons Residental when the time came to sell it. The sale turned out to be a bit of a nightmare with the first two buyers pulling out (one at the point of exchange) and a difficult solicitor for the third. The whole team worked like Trojans, finding potential purchasers, conducting viewings, chasing the eventual purchasor and his solicitor, arranging small bits of remedial work required by lenders and even popping in to turn on the heating etc in the winter. Nic and Claire, who took the brunt of the process, were professional, reassuring and remained contactable throughout. In summary Atkinsons took the stress out of a very protracted and often frustrating 13 month process and, in my experience, went above and beyond what I might have expected in order to get the sale completed. We have another property in Enfield and if/when we come to dispose of that we will certainly go back to Atkinsons.

We knew Andy as reliable, professional and someone who doesn’t let the ball drop and he didn’t disappoint. If it hadn’t been for Andy’s diligence, determination and attention to detail, our chain may have fallen apart a number of times. Thank you Andy for the fantastic and professional service!

At the end of the tenancy we faced a couple of problems with mould and he handled all the issues and put us in touch with tradespeople when necessary. He was always very nice to us and respectful when he had to conduct viewings: Thanks so much!

We did not buy with MiHomes in the end as we chose a different area but of the 27 agents we met she was in the top 3.
