Tony experience, knowledges and empathy were admirable and his entire team was extremely professional. Filippo and Colin went above and behind in order to help us with the sale and move. The whole process was straight forward, communicate with them was really easy, they were always available to answer our questions and we were always kept informed and updated every step of the way. Nic took the time to ask questions and understand what kind of property we were looking for at the start of our search, and because she had taken the time to get to get to know us was able to identify and show us a property that ticked every box just as it was coming to market. That house is now our house, and while the process of getting from offer accepted to completion became complex and difficult at times as we lost our initial buyers, we had Claire supporting us and making sure the sale and chain stayed together to complete. We are grateful for their genuine attitudes, friendliness, support and professionalism and that as agents they were kind and patient throughout.

21st Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)I just rented an apartment in Golders Green through Peppiatt. Nick Kyriacou was my lettings agent. He was super professional in arranging the viewing, providing information about the property and life in the area as well. Nick went above and beyond to ensure that i got the best deal whilst also considering the landlord’s interest as well and creating a win-win scenario for both parties. Throughout the process, he was always available and easy to reach and made me feel truly comfortable. I was under pressure to find a new flat and i also didnt want to negotiate on my must-haves, i believe Nick was instrumental in helping with this and i’m truly grateful. Great thing they will also be managing the property so i am hopeful to seeing same level of service with the property management team as well. Nick has set the bar really high! Thank you CHP!!

In a tough market to sell your property they brought me 7 offers after two weekend viewings and advised on selecting the strongest buyer. Can only put this down to working harder than other agents out there and marketing the property in the correct way to get it sold

In my 10 years as Landlord I have never had such quick success. Andre also helped me with finding cleaners, contractors and sent me lots of pictures of the works carried out. I am not based in London so this seamless and personal level of service was priceless. Andre, is professional, smart and really really happy. He is respectful and friendly. I hope I continue to work with Andre for years and wish him all the luck. He has really gone above and beyond and I have yet to find an estate agent as genuine and honest as Andre.
