We received sound advice that enabled us to market our house in the best light. Everyone worked hard to secure our sale and kept us fully informed every step of the way. It always felt like we had a team truly acting on our behalf whilst being entirely honest and realistic. I could not recommend Burgoyne more highly. I was really impressed as well with the mortgage consultation - Sarah was extremely friendly, and again professional and knowledgable. I would encourage others to use them for the same services.

Even once a buyer was found Chris and Amy took great care guiding us through the sale process through to completion. I look forward to hopefully working with them again in the future.

Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. I would highly recommend Isabel Clifton & her team if you are wishing to market a property. Robin Gabriel

10th Jun 2024 (7 mo. ago)The literal embodiment of why estate management companies have a poor reputation. 6 estate managers in 6 years. No AGM organised in 5 years, 6 months to deal with a blocked drain caused by their own contractor. 2 months and 6 emails and not a blade of grass cut in the estate with tall weeds growing from tarmac pathways. Good at talking, not so good at doing, Excuse after excuse.

13th Nov 2024 (9 weeks ago)Many thanks to Josh, the lettings manager at YOUR MOVE Exmouth and equally thanks to Esamee, the lettings negotiator. Both definitely deserve a lot of praise for their help in finding me new tenants for the next year and this for BOTH of my properties. Not only did they listen exactly to all my various requirements and rent expectations, but also they went out their way to take new pictures and list the properties early in the year and all with great attention to detail. They kept me up to date with all progress made and always acted in a very professional manner. As a result, in the shortest of time, they got me new tenants for both properties for next season and at the rent levels that I was hoping for. Also they help me with any potential legal and accounting issues that I may have and do so throughout the year and hence I am really happy with their various services and their can-do approach and would highly recommend them to anyone, looking for help with all aspects of property letting, especially also with these somewhat more complex student rental properties.
13th Nov 2024 (9 weeks ago)We first used Fraser Wheeler in Dawlish to sell a property there, at that time they were selling more properties than all the other estate agents in the area - we decided they must be doing something right. We were very happy with all aspects of the service. So when our Property needed to be sold in Exeter we went to Chris at Fraser Wheeler, we in fact dealt with Sam, he was so helpful and again our experience from start to finish was excellent. And by the way they sell more houses in Exeter than their competitors - not hard to see why!!!

Despite many unforeseen problems with the sale Sally remained calm throughout (and therefore kept me calm as well!) and was very supportive, friendly and helpful. Very happy to recommend East of Exe to others… they were really very good.

As someone who himself lives nearby, he deeply understood the local market and how best to communicate the most salable features of the property to potential bodies. I really appreciated his friendly, down-to-earth approach and constant availability, even on the weekends. Being able to rely his advice and expertise from start to finish made the whole process incredibly smooth. In the end, he was able to negotiate an offer that was significantly over the asking price. I would highly recommend him as the premier estate agents in the ‘between the commons’ area.

However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.
11th Dec 2024 (5 weeks ago)We instructed Adam’s firm, Twenty Twenty, to sell our Silverton home as we were relocating. Adam’s advice in terms of marketing the property and negotiating the best sale price was spot on. There were some unexpected hurdles along the way which Adam dealt with professionally and efficiently. After solicitors were instructed he made sure that the transaction kept moving forward and kept us informed. He always responded to calls or emails promptly. His service is thoroughly professional (at not unreasonable cost) and we highly recommend it. JS & SS 11.12.24
