30th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Naomi J Ryan sold our house in March. Having dealt with a few estate agents before, Naomi J Ryan has been the best by far. They communicated efficiently and were proactive throughout the sale process. I can’t recommend their services enough.
19th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)Shambles of a company, not a good experience trying to sell my property with them. Put wrong property details online re number of years left on lease so would obviously put people off, chased up numerous times to amend, especially not happy when you’ve just spent £6000 extending the lease to sell. Little to no feedback from viewings when I actually had a viewing. And to top it off, considering I’m out of contract with them now because cancelled as soon as I could, got a call today saying what’s your position at the moment because they’ve got someone really interested could they have a look on a “one off basis? ”, so to test them I said sure, they said they’ll call them and get right back to me, guess what didn’t even call me back. Unprofessional, deceitful, useless, time wasting estate agency DO NOT USE if you want to sell, and for anything else

I work in a service industry and I have to say the Exeter team are a first class customer focussed team. Everyone I emailed or spoke to from general questions through to clarity on contracts can back swiftly and as a result helped me secure the perfect place for me.

Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. Throughout the process, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the search area and the state of the property market. Refused a viewing as my current landlord is a guarantor for some one in a property they manage who hasn't paid rent. Don't see how that involves me or why they feel the need to share that information. Looking at Welden & Edwards reviews they need to have a look at there staff.

The valuation of our property by Russell was spot on and the viewing feedback was given to us promptly. We were kept up to date with the sales progression by Yvonne and felt confident all the way through with how things were going. I can not recommend the team at Frazer Wheeler in Dawlish enough.

I received regular updates on what was happening, they constantly chased those that needed chasing, worked hard to resolve any issues, etc. At no time did I feel that I was being forgotten about. I actually, finally moved in December 2025. It had been along road with many hiccups along the way, none being down to the agents nor myself. However, Clare and her wonderful team were there all along the way with me. I could pop into the 'shop' itself and no matter how busy they were they always had a cheery smile and were happy to chat. There was laughter and tears too. Should you be considering a move, don't hesitate, Right At Home Estate Agents will look after you!

Emily answered our queries both written and verbal with clarity and in a friendly manner. Timescales were realistic; as we started the search for a new tenant just before Christmas. Other staff in the Crediton office are also very helpful. Winkworths has been a good experience in finding a new tenant.
