Jodie's professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail meant it was a very pleasant, hassle-free experience for us, while her polite, friendly and compassionate approach took much of the stress out of a significant life event and was a breath of fresh air compared to many less than pleasing experiences with some of Chancellors' local competitors previously.

Ged always returned my calls and helped resolve problems that occurred through out the sale to enable a smooth transaction. We never felt like we were being sold to and we trusted her entirely throughout the process of our purchase as she gave sound, genuine advice. It turned out to be quite a complicated process and Debbie went above and beyond to support us through the entire process to make sure the purchase progressed through to completion. We can’t thank her enough. Thanks Debbie! I would not hesitate to recommend G-P’s!

29th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)We chose to go with Winkworth because of Henry's knowledge of the £1m+ market in Farnham and his confidence that he could achieve the full asking price. We certainly didn't regret the decision and in fact sold our property prior to the wider launch on Rightmove (and for a higher price than that proposed by another premium national estate agent). Throughout the process Henry kept the momentum at every obstacle and retained his positive and enthusiastic outlook.
