23rd Jun 2026 (4 days ago)As first-time buyers, we were quite nervous about viewing properties and starting the whole buying process, but David made the experience so enjoyable and stress-free from the very beginning.<br><br>He showed us around two flats and was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions. We learned so much from him, and his honest, genuine advice really stood out. We absolutely loved one of the properties we viewed, but rather than rushing us into a decision, David encouraged us to keep looking at other options to make sure we find the perfect home for us. That level of care and professionalism meant a lot.<br><br>David made us feel comfortable, supported, and never under any pressure. He has been by far the best estate agent, and we can’t thank him enough for all of his help and guidance. 23rd May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Victoria and Amalia at McCarthy Holden were both brilliant throughout our search, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Amalia was incredibly proactive — constantly reaching out with properties she thought would suit us and quick to book viewings whenever we expressed interest. Always on it, always one step ahead. Victoria was a true standout. She came to value our property and, even though we didn’t end up listing with McCarthy Holden, she remained completely professional and continued to suggest and show us homes that fit our criteria without any hesitation. What really set her apart though was her warmth — she was always so kind and welcoming to our 9-month-old who joined us on viewings, keeping them entertained throughout. It’s the little things that make a big difference, and it didn’t go unnoticed. A fantastic team — professional, friendly, and genuinely lovely to deal with.

19th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)We honestly cannot recommend Jigsaw highly enough<br><br>Having now both bought and sold through them, we've experienced the process from both sides and if we were doing it all again, we'd choose Jigsaw in a heartbeat<br><br>Our sale was far from straightforward. There were plenty of twists, setbacks and moments where we genuinely questioned whether we wanted to continue at all. Throughout the entire process, David was an/our absolute rock. Estate agent almost feels like the wrong job title at this point - he became a mediator, advisor, problem solver, sounding board and occasionally the person talking us back from the brink when things felt impossible<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble. David was always there with honest advice, reassurance when we needed it and a level of patience and support that went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. He guided us through every hurdle and helped keep us sane during what could have been a very stressful experience<br><br>We also want to give a huge thank you to Rebekah and Nina, who have both been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Between viewings, updates, phone calls and countless conversations over the last year or so they've always been friendly, professional, approachable and genuinely invested in helping things move forward<br><br>The thing that stands out most about Jigsaw is that you never feel like just another transaction. 12th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Hat & Home were great. I ended up seeing maybe a couple of properties with Hat & Home, I didn't end up buying a property through them but I would highly recommend them. For me what made the difference was that (unlike a lot of Estate Agents in the area) they actually listened to me and understood what it was that I was looking rather than just sending me every property in their list. Alice & Anisa were friendly & professional throughout & the next time I search for a property I'll definitely be reaching out to Hat & Home.
