20th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Had an appointment with Sarah booked for a shared ownership mortgage turned up to find the branch closed. No response to emails and no one's picked up the phone. Very embarrassing service.
22nd Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Aman provided excellent service from shortlisting tenants, overseeing the vetting, providing a contact for the gas and electricity certificate and finalising the move. His communication during the whole process was noteworthy.

15th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)It's the first time I use Rouge Property Estates to find a room to rent and I wish I had done it earlier. My agent is Mitz Patel. He has answers for all the questions and handled my moving process professionally since the first info I asked for. Comparing to other letters I dah previously contacted, this was SEE IT, SAY IT, SORTED????. No hidden fees or different pictures of the rooms just to make people get to the address. Everything was smooth until the last detail. A big THANK YOU and keep going like that????

And how right he was !!! He was above board arranging viewings, keeping me updated with the outcome of each viewing. Every conversation with me, he kept my confidence up. The service he provided was in good faith and honest. No fuss at all. I am so grateful to David and everyone who contributed towards the sale of my house. At first I was nervous so had a lot of questions regarding renting our house. He was very patient and explained everything. He has years of experience, which he shares and tailored to our particular need. The brochure, wording and photography for the listing is amazing. The service from Julian and his team are seamless.
3rd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
