6th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our experience with this estate agency has been extremely disappointing. They proposed a property to us that had significant restrictions, which they failed to disclose. We only discovered these issues six months later through our solicitors. The agency’s customer service is appalling. Every time I called, I was told the manager was on another call and would return my call, which never happened. Their communication is minimal, with infrequent email replies merely stating that matters are being “chased.” We are now more than six months into the process with no clear timeline, no information about potential chains, and no idea what is happening. Avoid this agency at all costs!

We managed to complete the process very quickly, and I will definitely use Major Estates in the future.

Zahab was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, providing us with all the details we needed about the flat. It was clear that the agency as a whole is highly professional, as they called us in the morning to confirm our appointment, ensuring everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Zahab and the entire Gibbs Gillespie team for their outstanding service.

No doubt when looking again , will use dimension estates.

At the end of the tenancy we faced a couple of problems with mould and he handled all the issues and put us in touch with tradespeople when necessary. He was always very nice to us and respectful when he had to conduct viewings: Thanks so much!

I never contacted them to sell or rent my property! It is impossible to talk to anyone who will take action.
