He communicated very well with us throughout the process, and also worked well with the agents for our onward purchase, ensuring we were always in the loop with what was going on.

18th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)Stuart was amazing throughout our process to purchase a retirement property. He assisted us at every stage from initial viewing, offer stage and most importantly in the process to get from offer accepted to completion. We had many hiccups along the way which Stuart was always willing to help us resolve and to chase the lawyers from three sides. Prior to finding this place, we did work with other estate agents and did notice how they were just interested in getting a sale agreed regardless and not assisting thereafter. Stuart was not like that, he understood our needs, helped us without issue when we had to withdraw from one property to another and continued to assist us to final completion for which we are very grateful. Thank you Stuart.

Went way over and beyond in a number of instances, Inc to organise the right solicitors for us. Communication was regular, clear and concise. Highly recommend. Would only use the this firm in fiture for any property matters. Thanks so much for all your help and making this less stressful. Truly appreciated

7th Apr 2022 (2 years ago)It was great dealing with Infinity, and Kam In particular, who oversaw our sale. We had a lot of holdups on the buyer’s side, which was stressful, but Kam really helped to reassure us and tried to make a rocky process smoother!

He is kind, professional and a client-oriented manager. He shows his sincere interest in the tenants needs and safety. Perfect Manager. I am more than happy to continue my tenancy. The person with vitiligo who attended to me was extremely demeaning and even went as far as to imply that I was wasting his time within just two minutes of our conversation (it was empty, no costumers, just me) Despite my inquiries about properties listed on their website, he insisted on pushing his own suggestions, claiming to know better. This behaviour was unprofessional and disrespectful, and it greatly detracted from my overall experience. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, this was severely lacking in my interaction with this individual.
11th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)Salters Residential sold my mums property, when she recently relocated to the West Country. Due to her age, I looked after her property sale - the only input she made was appointing Salters. It was the correct decision. Alan, Hannah and the rest of the team at Salters are the opposite of almost every other estate agent we’ve used; They are absolutely SUPERB. They fly in the face of your stereotypical agents, as they genuinely care. They are extremely professional, always come back to you (when they say they will), they know your house chain inside out and they are completely reliable. Alan even came back to me when he had Covid. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough, as they hugely lessen the anxiety and stress of a house move. If you are looking for a genuinely superb, professional and honest estate agent, please get in touch with Alan, or Hannah. ????

8th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)Horrible experience Horrible experience, I went to see a flat and the girl that had to show me it was sooo rude, ruling even her eyes when ever we asked anything, very uncomfortable moment… however the flat was ok and we decided to fill up the form to rent and can u imagine what they did? They increased the price, £200 more without any notification, just because the flat was having many viewing they decided to increase it, a fourth floor flat without lift and asking for £1400….. wouldn’t recommend this people at all, They wastage my time. No serious people, no professionals at all…
