The only negative I could add was that the house was quite dirty, but overall the service provided by Dimension Estates was fabulous. Thanks a lot!

17th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Just completed on our house sale today after over a year of shenanigans (chasing up tenants to get access for photos, continuing to chase tenants that didn't want to leave after house was sold, support through the long legal eviction process, more photos at the house, prevaricating buyer, loss of buyer, finding new buyer...). All-in-all it was a quite stressful, but managed calmly and with aplomb by Russell of Inner City Estates, with great communication and reassurance at every step. Yes, one could say "it's all part of the job", but the way someone does their job counts and leaves a lasting impression. I cannot recommend Inner City Estates, and especially Russell in this case, highly enough!

5th Oct 2024 (18 days ago)How can appraisals from Hockley and Hadleigh offices come up with a £225,000 price variation within 3 months on a £800,000 property?? Updated from reply. The sale as advised two years ago and also confirmed 3 months ago to both of us, was always just the house as you know. The development behind that you say was included in your appraisal, sold in excess of 800k and was handled by another agent. That alone would make your valuation more confusing. I did reach out to both offices with no further explanation. I’ve now found an agent locally who meets my criteria so will end any more dialogue.
10th Oct 2024 (13 days ago)Hunters are the best!!! From the moment Dev came round and valued our house I knew they were the right estate agents to go with!! They sold our property straight away!! Once sold we were introduced to Helen!! Helen does all the chasing, she chases solicitors to get things speeded up and also your buyer to make sure everything is going smoothly at there end!! Helen was just absolutely amazing!!! She really was the star of the show!!! So if you’re thinking of putting your property on the market please go with Hunters they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish and as I have said Helen was amazing!!! Tony&Leesa

In a tough market to sell your property they brought me 7 offers after two weekend viewings and advised on selecting the strongest buyer. Can only put this down to working harder than other agents out there and marketing the property in the correct way to get it sold

2nd Aug 2024 (12 weeks ago)Rent from these people at your own risk.They offer the worst services ,send contractors into your apartment without your permission and when you complain they turn against you.I was forced to move out their property as I could not deal with the rudeness and poor treatment from staff.They started refurbishing my apartment with contractors running up and down the scaffolding and because I work nights,I had to start sleeping in a friends place during the day.And whenever I complained to them,they got rude.Even after I finally moved out,they completely kept my deposit silent and tried working with the landlord to retain the whole deposit.Now they try change their name from Madley thinking they can run away from all the bad deeds they have done.Use them at you own risk

18th Mar 2024 (7 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
