The good thing is they have one window operation for all the layers and requirements. She is polite, calm and patient listener. I would definitely recommend her for the home buyers.

24th Jun 2025 (16 days ago)We booked a property viewing a week in advance and showed up on time, only to find out—after calling the agent ourselves—that the property wouldn't be available for another month. This change was never communicated to us prior to the appointment. We waited outside the property for 20 minutes, expecting someone to show up, but no one arrived. We tried calling multiple times during that period, but our calls went unanswered. Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.- 16th Mar 2025 (17 weeks ago)Good service.

We have recently been touch with with Inner City Estates for our house move and it was such a seamless experience on the entire process around viewing, reference check & tenancy. I would definitely recommend the agency to everyone for worry less transition.

Selling our property was really quick following an open day before it even reached right move thanks to Keystones being on the ball with organising this so quickly. Helen the sales progressor at Keystones has been so helpful through the process always on hand via email and phone. Helen always answered email queries quickly and provided updates regularly. Helen helped push the sale forward and we are really grateful for everything she did. We can’t thank Helen and the team at Keystones enough for making our house sale a smooth process! I would definitely recommend Keystones if you are considering selling your property.

He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of securing our space. From the very first viewing to the day we collected the keys, he was always available to answer every question we had in great detail. Communication was clear and prompt, and he made sure we felt informed and confident at every step. He definitely made the renting experience a very pleasant one, which is something we really appreciated as first-time renters. I would personally recommend Allen Goldstein to anyone looking to rent. The whole team I dealt with were helpful, professional, and genuinely encouraging. Thank you for making our move such a smooth and positive experience.

23rd Jun 2025 (17 days ago)I had a deeply disappointing experience with EasyMove. After agreeing on a price for a property and submitting all required documents, I waited patiently for over two months for updates. To my shock, I was later told the property had been sold to another buyer for the asking price, with no prior communication or courtesy call. The agent claimed the property "went to the asking price," which was misleading, upon checking the sale price now which matched exactly my offer. I have a strong suspicion that the current buyer was known to the agent, raising serious concerns about favouritism and lack of transparency. This unprofessional conduct wasted my time and left me feeling misled. I strongly advise potential clients to be cautious and seek agents who prioritize fairness and clear communication. I’ve escalated this matter to Ombudsman for further review. Awaiting response!

The team could not have done more for a difficult sale and purchase (no thought of theirs - just the chain) managing the communication through the chain and ensuring we were able to move.

For the first time, I truly felt like an estate agent had my back and was acting in my best interest. She went above and beyond, even doing work I didn’t realise estate agents typically do, like compiling a report to justify the property’s value. That level of commitment was a world away from what I’ve experienced before. The photography, videos, and the listing on Rightmove were exceptional. Things are moving quickly and smoothly and Sina always gives me an update without me reaching out. Hands down the best estate agent I’ve ever dealt with.

Carter & Willow were super quick in marketing and finding a tenant for my property. I would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to Danielle Clay you go above and beyond and was hands on from day one, I could say alot more but, I cannot find enough words to say how appreciative I am. Also would like to say a big thank you to Endrit who carried out the viewings and was very good with feedback from the viewings and that goes so far. 18th Jun 2025 (22 days ago)Having just sold my property through Tom Ashwood, I cannot recommend them highly enough. We had previously used 2 big high street name Estate Agents and been trying to sell on and off for a few years. When we first went into Tom Ashwood, we were not feeling optimistic but we needn't have worried. Harvey stepped in and sold the property for the price we wanted and had the whole process completed in about 3 months. He was proactive, honest, realiable, was chasing all parties involved and was always at the end of the phone or responsive to emails when we needed him. My words here don't even do justice to just how brilliant Harvey and team are and I strongly believe we would still be in our old home if it wasn't for them. Harvey, we can't thank you enough for how you handled the sale from start to finish.
