Tommy’s appraisal was a great first impression, and there was a clear distinction between their service and others we’d invited to appraise. They gave us actionable advice to prepare us for market and give us the best chance. This followed through to those in the office, who cared and knew about our sale in detail and gave us reassurance we were going to be well looked after. Thank you to Clare in particular. Andy conducted most of our viewings and was knowledgeable, and positive and we knew had provided an excellent experience for potential buyers, based on feedback. Finally, Will was invaluable in aftercare and kept us in the loop without chasing, a pleasure to deal with. An exemplary service from all and we’d have no hesitation in recommending them.

17th Aug 2024 (10 weeks ago)I contacted Abbots last year to inquire about their services though chose not to pursue them. Since then I have been repeatedly contacted month-to-month asking if I am interested in selling with them, or arranging a mortgage. Each time I have informed them that I am no longer selling my property and requested that they cease contacting me. The calls have continued ceaselessly. Take a hint—I'm just not that into you!

10th Sep 2024 (6 weeks ago)I wish I had seen Simon w review months ago before I proceeded to try and purchase a property from this agents had Exactly the same experience as the review that was left by Simon w. I have a feeling it was the same property, They did not give any information all the way up to getting a survey and structural engineers report. In my opinion Jo and her team need to stop acting like 2nd hand car sales ppl, very dishonest in my opinion

16th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Really hopeless when it comes to getting viewings for rentals or updated information. They say they’ll call and don’t etc … Many of the staff are rude and blunt. I saw several reviews that they’re not good for landlords or tenants and in my experience i wouldn’t recommend and definitely wouldn’t use to rent.

In particular Shane and Emma could not have done more for us. Our chain was not straight forward but they helped us navigate it all, we couldn't have done it without them.

29th Jul 2024 (12 weeks ago)Really let down by this company. Requested a viewing after speaking to the agent. Was informed they would call shortly with options. After a few days I called again only to be told that a colleague had already shown the property to potential tenants, in the interim. I asked for an opportunity to view. Again, said he would call back. Again, I had to follow-up a few days later. Was informed landlord had accepted an offer and would not permit other viewings. Really unprofessional from this company.
