16th Feb 2025 (17 weeks ago)Although Concentric managed to sell my property rather quickly, this had more to do with me accepting about at lesst £10 000 less than market value for the house. As far as I am concerned the house sold itself. I was disappointed with the performance of Concentric in terms of slow replies, and mis - information. Ie not knowing who was supposed to be coming for a viewing. The gentleman that ended up buying my property turned up without an appointment. I once communicated that I would like some photos amended. Concentric sent an agent to the property and he took new photos with a mobile phone. These photos weren't even uploaded to the various housing agencies such as rightmove.

23rd May 2025 (21 days ago)Absolutely appalling service! Had a scheduled viewing for the property “Moor Court” at 1:15pm. In my wife’s name we booked, waited until 1:30pm, no one showed up. Tried calling multiple times, no answer. When someone finally picked up, they casually said the property was already let this morning and our appointment was cancelled — without bothering to inform us! Claimed they had sent a text, but of course, nothing received. Total lack of professionalism and communication. Complete waste of time. Avoid this agency at all costs!

He consistently kept me informed and promptly returned my calls whenever I couldn’t reach him at the office. Darren even went above and beyond by personally delivering my house keys as soon as the tenancy agreement was signed. I’m truly grateful for his support—thank you so much, and God bless!

Dermot has been in constant contact every step of the way, contacting the landlord and getting everything resolved for us. Our previous house was with another agent who frankly, didn't care and just wanted a sale. All I can say is, if you're gonna rent anywhere, rent with Homesure!
16th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)Do you enjoy being lied to? Is it a dream or yours to have housing issues that could adversely affect your health to be minimized and simply dismissed? Do you have a burning desire to have leaks and water issues, heating issues that go unanswered? then you have found your rental agency. Speak with Emily, the high priestess of word salads and deflection.They truly display a level of care and concern that is on par with inanimate objects. But the inanimate object, in my esteem, would still fare better in the area of common sense. THEY WORK FOR LANDLORDS' NOT TENANTS. JUST HAVE A LOOK AT THE DISMISSIVE RESPONSES THEY LEAVE TO FOLKS UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. THIS IS THE SAME TYPE OF DISMISSIVENESS AND DEFLECTION EMPLOYED TO CIRCUMVENT RESPONSIBILITY FROM ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR LETTING.

Few hiccups, out of our control, along the way but the prompt responses and constant availability made sure everything was sorted ASAP. Heard nightmare stories about buying a house and how stressful it is but can confidently say I didnt experience any of that with Mags. 10/10 service.
