Every piece of information that we needed was provided promptly and fully. You can just tell from each interaction/correspondence that all staff in the organization’s different departments are extremely competent. In a nutshell, a well-run, friendly, and professional organization. We will certainly be recommending BRH to our contacts, and of course using them again to grow our portfolio.

The terms of contract were straight forward to sign. I then corresponded with Phil and again the service was excellent. I can always contact someone at Marshall to speak with. I will sell other properties via this company.

Would highly recommend both Ben and the rest of the Reeds Rains team.

26th Mar 2024 (18 weeks ago)Please avoid this Agency at all costs if you are a Landlord. Current tenant not paid since June 2023. Rental insurance was taken when the tenant moved in, however the owner cannot even be bothered to contact them to commence the claim. I'm over £6,000 out of pocket and its entirely due to this disgraceful company. I've lost count of the number of emails and phonecalls that are simply ignored and so have had no choice but to raise a complaint with the ombudsman.

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
