16th Jan 2025 (17 weeks ago)We found Jackson-Stops in Alderley Edge extremely professional and the team are so friendly. Shari was amazing and kept us up to date with everything. We only put the house on the market at the end of September and we are moving out mid January. We would certainly recommend them.

25th Mar 2025 (7 weeks ago)I contacted Clive Watkin as I was need of a property valuation for deferred payment agreement for my mother-in-laws house. I spoke to a valuer names Olivia Betts she was amazing extremely helpful, friendly, professional and understanding of the unusual circumstances and request. As my request was time sensitive she was able to help in timely and efficient manner. I would definitely consider the Clive Watkin team for any further property valuations and sales Thank you so much Olivia

I have to say that the professionalism and speed of service i receive from Lyn Cunningham who manages the rentals for Anthony James is exceptional. I rarely have any problems but when i have these have been rectified immediately.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. They were always at the end of a phone, they constantly pushed the property, even in the difficult weeks when things were slow, they never gave up. Even after we received and accepted an offer, they were always there to keep things on track and sort out any issues with solicitors etc. Great service and great value for money.

Also had a house on saying it's Melling when actually it was Kirby and when I called to check before viewing the property they promised us it was definitely Melling, only to find out at the viewing the property that it was under Knowsley council (from the vendor and the bins) Absolute joke of a company.

31st Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Naomi, the manager took over £300 from my deposit for no justified reasons. Balcony something broke due to weather, on me. Dirty mattress prior, i used topper, still charged. Cleaning and oven cleaning over £100. Many things where X1 will need to cover for maintenance but they'll finesse tenants and make them liable.
