Fantastic company. Everyone is friendly and knows their job inside and out. Unlike the past agent I used. Urban are a breath of fresh air. I have come to them with sooo many questions due to my past experience with a bad letting agent. And they have given me so much time, answered all the questions and give me piece of mind. My property was on the market for 3 days and I had a couple move in within a week. Fantastic service. With a brilliant team Melissa, Charlotte, Chloe, Val, Amelia and Ian. 8th Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)Horrible service from Brendan didn’t return a single call or email for a week then told me all shops I was interested in have been let out. I then got a friend to call on a different number and they were all available. He then told me to pay for the application and I can have but at this point I lost all trust. I decided to speak to neighbours of the shop and contact the landlord direct which saved me £2000 in fees with royal estates. I would advise to use this company for the location then contact landlords privately to do the deal. Thank me later.

1st Jun 2022 (2 years ago)I have made a big investment with Alesco and they absolutely let me down. They provided very poor investment advice which resulted in a big financial loss. I doubt if I ever get my money back. Additionally, some 30 investors that were invested in the same investment had big financial loss as well. The business model of Alesco is based on very aggressive marketing. They put much pressure on you to buy, and the only thing they care about is sales at the expense of the investor. They are immoral and do not care about you and your hard earned money. I have been trying to reach out and talk to them but they avoid and lie to me systematically. I left another review in the past which was positive, but it was very early on and before I realised what is going on and lost my money. Never invest with Alesco.

12th Mar 2025 (10 weeks ago)I traveled for three hours by train in one direction to Liverpool to see the flat. To my great disappointment, the flat was totally different from the pictures on Rightmove. The layout of the apartment was completely different, and instead of luxurious finishes, there were leaks under every window. This was one of my worst experiences dealing with an estate agency :(
